M.I - I heard Richard Schaefer state it would be shown at theaters as well but I too cannot find a listing - I might pay $10 to see the fight, no way in hell I pay over $20 - Roy got owned by that Aussie
He moves well, but too often he moves too much and doesn't use his momentum to counter - I think Roger would cure that. Plus, if he could shoulder roll, counter, and spin he would be hell to fight
I think that may be the problem, I don't think the way to beat the Klits is through power, but through boxing and lateral movement. Turn them and turn them again, move the head and body in circles all night - that's the problem I see. Everyone who fight them seems to think standing in the middle of the ring and planning for one big shot or two will do the job, I don't think that will work.
I think he's great to watch, the resume is weak at this point. I also think he's a bit mismanaged, his fight was Ortiz was great, then nothing (I think he goes back to Argentina for his next fight?). Great to watch, wished he would of pushed Khan harder, he would of broken Glass Jaw Joe down pretty hard IMHO.
Tuggers is right, its not the Klits fault, the division has too much little talent and the weights are are not in line with a competitive atmosphere. I give all respect to them, they follow their plans and execute incredibly - with that said, its boring as boring can get and I long for the days when there is a HW fight I care about
That fight was fukin boring, I can never watch the whole thing without falling asleep:?!:
Apart from the entrance you are dead on, it took 4 Modelos and a ton of nachos to get through it - but Manny Steward does dry hump Tata for about 10 minutes...
