Wlad most likely would beat him by KO. When hes sharp, accurate ,active and pressing he wont be beaten. But Haye does have the power to change the fight...
I think that Haye should get the experience in before a Klit TBH. They are hard to beat, Vitali has lost like less than 10 rounds or something in his career lol. Wlad has become a beast with Manny stewards training, with him protecting that chin.
If he faces Valuev, I hope he decides that actually, I hurt him before and can KO him. (Unless he hurts his hand)
The fight with Wlad may be a pawing session on Wlads side and Haye may be on the run.
For me, a vitali fight is much better and more exciting style wise.
Vitali comes to fight while Wlad comes to win.
PS bro, hit me up with green k when you can and I'll hit you.
I didnt deserve that red k, but I hit you back lol. My bad
Will do. You know I used to think Haye had no chance at all against Vitali, but now it appears that would be the more winnable fight for him. Vit's chin is stronger obviously, but his jab doesn't compare, he's slower and he's susceptible to cuts. Plus he's more likely to leave openings for Haye to take advantage of. Though I don't expect Vitali to keep boxing much after this year. Haye needs to be much more active than he's been and take care of these fights asap.
Yeah his next three fights will tell us a lot. And of course make the eventual Klit showdown that much more competitive.
I just hope when it finally happens, that both sides are too cautious and boring, after all this build up.

Barrett aint good, I know that but for a first real heavy weight fight, as in over 200 lbs (Bonin wasn't his real for me) he did a lot better than I expected.
That was when I wasn't sure how his power would go, but he was accurate enough, fast and dropped Barrett quit abit. He showed hsi smartness by not going all out incase he got tired or hurt.
In the Thompson fight he got tired and gassed out to lose by TKO.
He wasn't making much money for Barret and won't really make huge money until he faces A klit IMO. He may sell 500k PPV here if he's lucky, but that's not much money because it's 15 pounds.
Ruiz is definitely not a power puncher. I have seen him throw right hands that do hurt, but he has faced some top guys and those shots do not hurt the very best guys.
Haye for me still has his power, but that of course doesn't mean you can connect a top guy.
I'll wait and see if Haye KO's Ruiz or not.
Ruiz has a tough chin and his style makes it hard to KO though
Also Haye is kinda cautious. Lose now then that Klit payday is over.

I think Barrett quit being a "real" fighter the minute he was sparked in 2 by a clubfighter.
I see what you're saying though, no need to derail the money train against an inferior fighter like that.
There's no convincing me that Ruiz is a power punching monster.

It was his first real HW fight, he took it smartly instead of gettting KO'd.
Are you saying Wlad had no power that he takes ****ing ages to KO a fighter?
Valuev has been rocked I think 3 times, but Haye hardly hit him at all. Then when he grazed Valuev, the guy was wobbled more badly than any other fighter has made him.
Ruiz isn't weak. He is not a KO power but he does have a ahrd right.

All I saw was an overgrown freak tripping over his oversized feet. A freak that had previously been wobbled by Ruiz FFS. After a hideous display of running by Haye from the weakest puncher in the top 10.
Haye has a puncher's chance, but if his power had carried to HW, he'd have knocked chinny Barrett out in the first round.

He almost knocked Valuevs head off with a grazing shot form his weak hand.

haye needs to keep moving laterally and firing rapid hard hitting combos to keep wlad off balance and get away from his strong jabs, thats the key to beating him imo.
I've seen no evidence so far that Haye's power has carried with him to HW.
He hasn't had many fights but that Valuev wobble was enough considering he didn't connect much.
Barrett was shot, but Haye hurt him whenever he banged.
Let's see if Haye can put Ruiz out.
Everybody has that as a plan. But they get hurt.
Wlad punches hard man. When you get hit sometimes, you can't always fire back.
My feeling is Wlad hurts Haye early and Haye buys time.
I doubt this fight will go off this year anyways so we can wait to argue this if it ever does.
You can say the same for Wlad though. When Haye hist him with all hes got he will be hurt.
Wlad is a lot quicker than you think.
He was beating Eddie to the punch from jump street.
He has faster hands and great timing.
He has a fast, powerful jab, but he is slow if you make him fight.
Let him set up and fight at his pace, he's pretty much unbeatable to any heavyweight today, however make him move and swing at him, he can't handle the pressure.
any hw with a decent ko punch has at least a chance against wlad and haye seems to have a strong punch at hw. i wouldnt bet on haye to win though because he has some chin issues as well and i think wlad gets to him first.
Lateral movement takes away the power a little, and Haye can throw a punch from many angles, but that's not the way to beat Wlad.
Haye has to go for broke, make Wlad get scared, paw away or hold, and rough him up.
The only issue is that Haye is a little bit smaller than Wlad.
Haye will most likely go for broke and try for that KO.
Wlad is difficult to get a UD from, infact unless you are Lennox Lewis or someone on that level, it is impossible.
I will bet my points on Haye, as a fan of him and the fact that I believe he has the athleticsm and power to get Wlad.
As for Vitali, I have made respect for him, at this age, he can beat Haye the more I think of it. However Haye and Vitali will be a very exciting fight until the KO.
The best chance that Wlad has at losing is about the 8th round and on. haye fades around that time.
I think haye should go for KO from the first round until he has nothing left. Only way this fight remains interesting.

Wlad is a beast but stop acting like Haye doesnt have the Pop to make it interesting | BoxingScene Community
