Canelo got big living off of Floyd undercards, I don't see the problem here. Yeah, he's (Ward) obviously has been in the game longer but he had a terrible promoter. I don't get how you can complain about good fighters being on the undercard as opposed to just prospects. It won't be a tough fight, but hell it's great exposure.
GGG vs Lemieux should be on the undercard if the winners are really fighting each other. That is how a PPV should be stacked, not like Mayweathers or Manny's.
That's not true. Ward was the only fighter who didn't have to travel during the super 6 tournament, got paid over 2 mil to fight Rodriguez. If Ward is not well known, it wasn't his promoter's fault. I never accused him of ducking no damn Quillin. But did they try to make the fight? I would rather that over this mess here. The fighter is the boss, and these guys use the network excuse I kind of think these fights could happen easily. I bet if the FIGHTERS wanted it bad enough, they could work out one fight deals to leave the network for one fight, or have their opponent do the same thing because that wouldnt hurt either network and it wouldnt interfere with their contract.
