The difference is Ward and his team haven't been constantly calling out Klitschko, little g and his team haven't been able to keep Ward's name out their mouths.
Right, which is why they didn't even mention that it was Ward that passed when HBO proposed the fight, until Ward ran his mouth over and over.
GGG is doing brisk business in his division, unifications and huge bouts. What's Ward's excuse for the bums he's fighting? He's doing bad business otherwise, just low expectations of the guy?

so they're hypocrites, just like about every top fighter in the game.
i'm glad we agree.
they were promoting him, it really is not that hard to understand.
is andre ward a ducker for calling out wladimir klitschko?

lil g and his team have been trash talking and calling out Ward for about 1-2 years now, finally get confronted, and piss their pants in fear lmao. That's a blatant duck no matter how you try to spin it.

Anyone who thinks you can duck a fighter from a different weight class is an idiot. Pure and simple. Not open for discussion.

When clearly Ward is a superior boxer then Froch & Chavez Jr; I like GGG but it seem GGG's team is ducking Andre Ward.
T
Chavez Jr., aka pendejo
Would lose to both frock and GGG!
After that I don't know!
Chavez Jr., no vale. mama todo
Money.
Simple as that. CREAM.
No one's favorite fighter is different than another. Every fighter is the same. They all want the same thing. Money.
The only people living in a fantasy land that there is an almighty fighter out there who fights anyone no matter the risk or reward, are boxing fans. Problem is they have an agenda, so they do not admit it, and only call out some fighters for this. Not their own fighters.
I'd Say Canelo is a guy who will fight anyone. he didn't have to fight Trout or Lara but took both without hesitation. That's why I hope he beats Cotto, he will fight GGG, no doubt in my mind.

Fear he knows his earnings will take a huge hit if he fights Ward ..Ask the Cobra he had to sell out Wembly with Gorves when he could have done the same with Ward ..Im certain though some people argued Groves was a bigger draw than Ward at the Time ..

If you don't know why then you're stupid..
As a boxing fan, you'd rather see a fighter get paid than take on the best? Are you getting a cut or something?
Ward is fighting tune ups.
Why don't you c0cksuckers understand this yet?
A win over Ward solidifies you as a P4P ALL TIME GREAT IN THIS ERA COMPARED TO OLD ASS FROCH & BUM ASS CHAVEZ JR....BOTH WARD & GGG ARE FUTURE HALL OF FAMERS WHILE FROCH & CHAVEZ JR NOT SO.....
good luck buying a house with the "p4p" title.........
Money.

Ward will still be there when Golovkin has concluded his business at middleweight and the boxing media will make sure those two names will continue to be mentioned in the same sentence.
It benefits Ward as much as Golovkin to let him go about his business. It's much better to beat a unified middleweight champion than an unproven, overhyped bum as his haters like to say.
Ward's just got to get out there more, perhaps try and get some of the other champions in his division in the ring. By late 2016/ early 2017 people will be desperate for this fight and when Ward wins he won't have to worry about people making catchweight demands to leverage more money out of him.
Erm....last I checked, the Canelo fight isn't happening this year anyway, so why didn't they try to get the fight for late this year? A win having him as p4p #1 also puts him in a better bargaining position for the Cotto/Canelo winner.
There's no way I'd say GGG going up to 168 this early to fight a guy who's barely made his comeback. A guy who fought at 172 in June, and supposedly will be making a few tune-up fights first. That means a GGG vs Ward fight wouldn't be thinkable until after fall anyways. Plus, Ward is requesting 50/50 at 168, seriously?
Not just that, but GGG would rather unify his division and become the undisputed middleweight champion. Very few fighters ever do things like that in any division.
Golovkin is fighting in October.
Canelo is fighting in November.
That leaves about 6 months before May, which is probably when Golovkin vs Canelo will be set (Cinco de Mayo).
Whether Golovkin takes another fight, will be remained to be seen, although it will probably be a tune-up. No point in taking a big fight right before the biggest slugger match of your life.
After Canelo, will be Lee (if he still holds it). That's probably early fall 2016. So early 2017 is the time I can see GGG moving up to the SMW division if he doesn't retire by then.

high risk low reward, lil Gs team has shown their true colors and we know they dont want that...
You answered your own question. Ward is much harder to beat than Chavez or Froch. Fighters are in business to win and not to lose. Plus those two boxers bring in lots of money and Ward does not. GGG is a small middleweight. In the 30 day before the fight weigh in he only weighed 165 compared to Lemieux's weight of 176. Ward is a big 168 pounder. If GGG fought Ward at the weight limit of 168 pounds that Ward insists on then Ward would have nearly a 20 pound weight advantage in the ring. That's not fair at all. Ward wants a small middleweight to come up the full 8 pounds to his weight. Yet Ward absolutely refuses to go up a few pounds to fight Kovalev. Sounds to me like Ward is the real ducker. GGG has no interest in 168 because it's not his proper weight class. His goal has always been to unify the middleweight division. GGG defeating Ward doesn't bring him any closer to getting all the middleweight belts and it doesn't even make him much money. It's a pointless and dangerous fight for GGG. Ward needs to quit being such a damn cry baby trying to complain his way into a fight with a much smaller man. Ward needs to forget about GGG and start fighting the best 168 pounders like he used to 4 or 5 years ago.
A Canelo fight would earn him far more than a Ward fight (probably 3x as much), or any other fight besides FMjr would. A Froch and Chavez Jr would earn him more than a Ward fight, and he would also have a better chance at winning. Either way, neither fight ever came about. Could have been a case of the typical boxer calling out anyone they could.
