I was listening to an interview with Shawn Porter today and the interviewer said Shawn Porter, Brian Kelley, Max Kellerman, and Timothy Bradley would be calling the fight. Are they all together? Or is ESPN have a new team on their network? Four people calling the fight seems a bit excessive. Does anyone know what’s going on?

The PBC on Fox commentary team is straight trash. Listening to Lewis and Goossen argue for 12 rounds doesn’t do it for me. And I used to like Lewis back in the day on HBO, but this team has no chemistry at all. They need to get Antonio Tarver. He was excellent calling the fights on Showtime and SpikeTV.

I know we're only half way through but we haven't had a year like this since 2013. We still have Canelo vs GGG too. But which year was/is better?

Do you have to own your opponent in negotiations too? We've seen it from fighters such as Manny, Floyd, Oscar, and even going back to Leonard. All A-side fighters forcing their opponents to give up certain advantages they might have. Is owning your opponents in negotiations a part of phycological warfare?

It's 2015 and the technology is available. The commentators have them at ring side so why can't the judges have them as well? It would help put an end to these ridiculous scores that we've been getting over the years.

We all want the fight and we all feel it's close to becoming a reality. However negotiations are tough. It always seems the bigger the fight the longer the negotiating process seems to take. According to Espinoza they are no where close to finalizing a deal. It's almost February and before you know it May will be upon us. At this pace there will no time for a proper multi city press tour. Personally I don't see why this fight has to happen on May 2nd. I know Floyd has made Cinco de Mayo weekend his fight day over the past few years but were talking about potentially the most lucrative fight in history. I don't think the May 2nd date is a deal breaker. I can see Floyd moving the date if a deal can't be reached.

GGG is not the typical fighter I am a fan off but I'm an open minded guy. I can obviously see the potential that everybody else can see but I don't think beating up over matched opponents is all that exciting. Personally I thought the Donaire vs Walters fight was much more exciting than the main event. However I think the Cotto fight will be exciting if Cotto can take GGGs punch. Cotto is the kind of fighter that can pose some problems for GGG with his subtle movement, heavy jab, and experience. Plus GGG can be hit. To me Cotto and GGG are by far the two best MWs and everybody else is a distant 3rd. I can't see Quillin or Canelo competing with either fighter right now.

Maidanas performance warrants him a rematch with Floyd. Porter has his mandatory against Brook. Thurman and Khan are on the same schedule, since he just fought 2 weeks ago. Maybe Khan can fight Guerrero. Who else is out there for him?

I could've sworn last year Cotto was a shot blown up WW. Now every body is talking like they want this fight to happen. As for myself I wouldn't mind seeing it at 154.

According to Fighthype he signed a 3 year deal.

It will co- main event the Hopkins vs Murat fight according to Fighthype. Rosado is fvcking Teflon. He looses and keeps landing on his feet. If Kid Chocolate puts this dude down I don't want to hear a peep out of Rosado for the rest of my life.

If Canelo pulls out of the May 4th slot that makes room for Broner. And if Mayweather does huge numbers without Canelo, Canelos team wont have a leg to stand on. The better play is to follow suit or at least give Floyd the option of getting out of commitment if Canelo looses on May 4th. You dont want to get into a pissing contest with Al Haymon. If Canelo fights May 4th his people can at least make the argument that he helped sell that PPV. That all changes once hes off the card. The worst thing Canelo can do is let Floyd do big numbers without him.

They didnt mention anything about it on Saturday. Theres going to be an All Access reality show. Has anybody heard anything?

Two months ago Guerrero was looked at as a cherrypick fight. Then the haters flip flopped and changed to Floyd is ducking Guerrero. One guy even started a thread saying Guerrero was the most ducked fighter in boxing today lol. Im simply asking when this fight finally gets confirmed how will fans look at Guerrero?

I don't remember reading anything on that. It was a great fight. We're going on two months now how bad could the numbers be?
