Just dont see him winning mainly down to inactivity, Stamina, he doesn't punch nearly as hard as Cotto either. I would pay for it tho, wouldn't pay for him facing Foreman or Paulie, even tho citing someone being tall as a way to avoid them is rather lame.

Probably...Santos, threw too few punches..didnt even jab quite much...Any decent fighter will beat a boxer who doesnt punch, and cant carry his belly and sagging arms.JCC Jr probably punches harder than Foreman. Granting that it was, the tide has changed now. Pac is the hottest boxer in town, and he has the belt. MW cant throw the demands. First fight with Morales and Marquez, Pacs offense is VERY predictable. 1-2 combination all the way. Pac is against the ruling family of the province (owns a shipping line and other large businesses) who belongs under the President's party. Pac is running under his own party, not a major political party nationally. Pac may be rich, but he's enemy is not poor either. They can shell out cash as much as Pac could. Politics in the Philippines is dirty, there's no such thing as an easy election.
Sure he can endorse candidates and lead those candidates to win, but when it comes to him running, people tend not to vote for him.
They would rather see him fight, and stay away from politics.
But then again, it's his own choice..there's nothing we can about it.
The reason Roach doesn't want it near the fight is because Pac had the experience of getting weak the last time. Pac passed all the Drug Tests that was required for him Pre and Post fight, what makes you doubt his credibility as a clean boxer? Don't give sh*t that what if Mayweather is willing to have his blood taken, coz he hasn't even said that he's willing to be tested.
