According to his amateur records on boxrec. So he has not really been in one weight class all his boxing career. Just pointing it out for those who do not know.

Do you think it is a reasonable excuse to dislike boxers because of their fans? There are fans that may make you cringe and annoy you but is that a good reason to not support boxers even if they are good?

Why does Geale gets a shot at Cotto's lineal title? I don't understand. If Geale wins, does that means he is better Golovkin? That's what Lineal titles are suppose to mean.

I am getting annoyed by this excuse whenever posters say a boxer is blown up from certain weight class e.g. a welterweight fighting at middleweight. So they think it is perfect excuse to avoid someone. I frankly don't give a ****! :nono: If a boxer can fight at a certain weight class, he should be able to fight anyone who can make the weight. I don't care if their opposition can put on 20lbs on the next night, it comes with risk when competing beyond their weight class. That's how boxing is nowadays, one day rehydration and more weight classes. Becoming multi divisionist champion is easy. :headbang:

Anyone knows which channels those fights will be on in UK? Sorry in advance if in wrong forum.

Anyone feel that 2014 have been a slow year so far? The only fight comes to mind that I've enjoyed is Matthysse-Molina and Andy Lee KO. It's like moving through a sludge of mud and nothing's happening. Or I'm getting bored too quickly and need a compelling fight every other night.

Herrera schooled Garcia tonight. Style makes fight, I think if Herrera fought Matthysse, he'd get ko'ed. Don't get me wrong, I thought Garcia beat Matthysse. You have to like boxing, except bad decisions :D

Wouldn't it be great if most boxers fought 4 times a year? I had great fun watching Golovkin all this year. I don't know why don't boxers do more fights per year? More money to them right?

Anyone was unsatisfied last Saturday PPV? I thought it was boring all the way and most annoyingly Garcia - Matthysse didn't end with KO! It was competitive but didn't live up the hype (Neither did Matthysse!) I can remember May 5th undercard were brilliant. Rosado made me a fan after controversial decision again J'love. Everybody loved Leo Santa Cruz's bashing, then Mares KOed Ponce. Then obviously you wouldn't mind like watching the clinic Mayweather puts on idiot Guerrero. Agree? :D

Hugely disappointed with Mathysse but I'm impressed with Garcia. I can remember watching Garcia for the first time against Holt. I didn't know this guy was going to be top boxer! Do you think there should be a rematch? I think it might be different if Matthysee eyes didn't swelled.

Assuming GGG officially future best Middleweight. Do you think Duran would of step up to him in his time at 154lbs or 160lbs?

After last night impressive KO of Macklin, I think it is time for Golovkin to step up to much more prime and elite fighters of the middleweight division! I will be including boxers mainly from Middleweight Division but also will be including some of the lots from Jr. Middleweight and Super Middleweight aswell. I'm high on GGG and will be supporting him to the end. I think he should clear out the middleweight division first before taking on the guys from different weight classes. Middleweight: 1. Daniel Geale 2. Peter Quillin 3. Julio Cesar chavez Jr. 4. Martin Murray 5. Darren Barker 6. Sergio Martinez 7. Pirog? (If this guy ever gets over his injuries) Possilble Jr. Middleweight fight: 1. Canelo (or @160?) 2. Floyd @ 154? 3. Trout (He wanted to come up in weight?) Super Middleweight: 1. Andre Ward (I'll admit Ward would KO GGG) 2. Lucian Bute (First fight @ 168 :D) 3. Carl Froch 4. Mikkel Kessler That all for now at Super Middleweight! Although that was a bit too much. GGG priority should be cleaning out the Middleweight division for now. All we have to wait for these fight to made whilst all ducking and dodging to be done, promoters' egos, HBO and Showtime clashes so forth.

I just wanted to make an interesting scenario for Andre Ward. Since he has dominated the super middleweight and 'can't fight friends'. He doesn't seem want to go to light heavy's anyway. What if we imagine Andre Ward's body was downsized to welterweight frame. Do you think he would beat all the contenders and a champion at 140lbs. I'm talking about Matthysse, Garcia, Khan, Peterson, Rios etc. Then move up to welterweight and fight the best. Do you think he can dominate these weight classes? IMO he does cos I rate Ward as No.1 P4P.

I don't know if it would work business wise, Arum said Pacquiao-Bradley wasn't that great. However Mayweather would be selling point if this match up occurs. Anyway I think its a great fight, Bradley is a good fighter and he is really underrated. He's getting alot of negativity from the boxing fans though. Personally I got really annoyed he ducked Khan for Pacquiao fight. And I thought the fight with Pacquiao was alot closer when I replayed it. I think it would be interesting match up just to see where Bradley stands in WW division against one of the best P4P. What is Bradley's chance of winning the fight and do think you think he should Mayweather at this point?

If I remember properly, I'm sure I've read Cotto wanted to fight at higher weight class. So I don't know why people have issue when Martinez wants Cotto to fight him at CW.

I don't get this. Bradley gets $1 million for the Casamayor fight. (undercard) Martinez gets $1.4 million in a BIG middleweight fight, there not much difference between these two guys purse. But a BIG difference in popularity! Where's the logic?
