I believe that there are boxers in each of those weight classes that would give flaccid mayweather his first "0", he just avoids them like the plague. Does anybody realize that flaccid strategically chooses his opponents? It reminds me of how everybody is saying how Danny Garcia is scared of fighting Mattysse so he fights Mattysse. If Flaccid had that same warrior mentality of running with the bulls then there would be no denying that he is #1 and I would stop calling him flaccid mayweather.
On a side note, boxing judges and commisions are so full of shit,(Manny losing to Bradley is a perfect example) that rankings are meaningless. The only real way of determining who is #1 is based on what the public thinks.

I knew Broner is still a lightweight and can put on pounds to fight at WW, So ultimately cutting 12lbs will be easy for him. Last year Broner was fighting at 130lbs more than twice.
