No this is Pacman praying before the fight....
"Please God...Let Ricky be O.K. after I knock the shit out of him...Let me not hurt him too bad...."
I may be an atheist, but I know that's bullshit. The health of a dangerous fighter is the last thing that would go through the opponent's mind ,before a fight.
In this case,I didn't get the impression that Pacquaio was particularly concerned about Ricky's health, given the fact that he was basking in the crowd's adulation when he latter was lying near comatose on the canvas.
Before the fight,Pacman,as a believer, was just seeking mental and spiritual strength through prayer. Nothing more. Nothing less.
;5249216']thank you, someone that has something to change my mind, and show me a counter-argument and isnt simply ''you dont know shit about shit, your 17, your a child'' fukkin ******s, appreciate it by the way manchine, ima read through what you posted, and see if i have anything to counter with, seems like you might've shut me up
I'm sorry, but it's not as if it's difficult to look up these fighters.
BTW I remember a very interesting discussion on another boxing forum, where one of the regular posters made some very interesting arguments as to why the best of the recent fighters were superior to fighters from the past
Though, rhe argument that fighters from the present are significantly superior because of better training methods and more scientific training science and nutrition is slightly dubious IMO....
roy is not an idiot, contrary to popular belief... hes trained for 56 pro fights, he knows exactly what he needs to do to be prepared
No he's not. However,it is worth reminding, he did make one catastrophic misjudgment in his career, that really degraded his physical tools as a fighter.
Calzaghe,is difficult to love.I can appreciate his boxing ability and his mad conditioning.I could still have liked him if it wasn't for both his slapping punching technique and shameless arrogance. That 1-2 combination is a killer for me.I hope he really shows something in his final fight.
I don't dislike or ever disliked any other fighter-not Mayweather, not Hatton ,not Oscar, aloof Lennox Lewis,Naz, Eubank or that famous dog lover Gerald McClellan...
For me its the other way round, I use to like Hatton went to most of his earlier fights with my brother then i met him and he was a complete pompous git who would pretend everytime he sees a camera or a TV crew around him.
He use to follow this little boy(The boy walks him to the ring) who had leaukaumia "To show is a good guy" which was a marketing plot from Frank warren at the time but then we met him and him and his "Fanatic" were complete tosser..............i just started hating him from there on.........
He totally ignored you? :D
Well something to that effect, I met him a couple of times outside of his "boxing" stuff, Was at his fight against Jason rowland and told him how he was fantastic but this guy thought he was a rockstar or something.
Totally different from the "Am the man of the people" he alway portray on TV, I just thought F*** you i hope you get KTFO.
LOL.Oh well....
Whats that latest Victorias Secret model that Wlad is banging?
A beard ?
Beard(defn) "Any opposite sex escort taken to an event, n an effort to give a homosexual person the appearance of being out on a date, with a person of the opposite sex."
Half of the women on the red carpet at the movie premier were not real dates, but beards.

Joe Calzaghe is the world's most underrated active fighter, an all-time great who'll never get the recognition he deserves because he's not American and not black.
...is Tunney's idea of a "good looking man"......:luvbed:
Difficult to say.As Liston's speed declined later in his career his jab became a liability, unlike that of Holmes'.Comparing their jabs at their prime, though,I find it difficult to tell which was better TBH.
Boxing has one of those too! LOL

Oscar just suffers from gender dysphoria.
Your homosexual slurs are out of line,Buddy! :D
“I have no interest any more in Roy Jones and no interest in Antonio Tarver. Jones is washed up and Tarver was never that good anyway. He just caught Jones when Jones was shot and Johnson did the same.”
from 'No Average Joe' by Mr Joe Calzaghe
All you Calzaghe Haters, you heard it from the man himself!
AMAZING!!!! After the fight Hop seemed like he told Pav off for not leveraging his punches, he said he needed to bend his knees and stay at 160 that's his best weight. It's not enough Hopkins beats him but he lectures him too, gotta respect Hop.
That was cruel...I cringed!!!:bottle::bounce::bottle::bounce:
I'm sorry, but how is this going to be a good experience for Pavlik?
I'm sure he can't sleep, after the schooling Hopkins just gave him...
Even months down the line, Kelly's gonna be waking up in the middle of the night screaming.
i have no idea how anyone can agrue b hop one .. calzaghe did 2 b hop what b hop did 2 kelly he solved him and took him apart
You are taking the piss, now. The Hopkins-Pavlik fight was a total blowout.
The Hopkins-Calzaghe fight, though I think Joe edged it, could very well have gone either way.
