.....Styles make fights. Hatton will do exactly what Floyd won't like and that's to pressure him and pound him. It's not like Hatton is going to sit on the outside and try to outbox Mayweather.
So, when Hatton rushes in head first, how long do you think his hemophilic face will hold up against the onslaught of bombs directed at him?
Tito likely has some roots in Africa, alot of black people left America and lived in Mexico, Puerto Rico, etc. And some ended up there by boat.
The vast majority of blacks who reside in these countries are decendents of slaves. Remember they were brought to these countries first before even stepping foot on American soil.
Until Margarito stops Santos, he will never get a big fight. Mayweather, Judah, and Winky Wright have all brought up his loss to Santos when asked about fighting him. He is a foot note to the casual sports fan until he makes himself otherwise, by stopping Santos, or dropping the WBO strap, and making himself mandatory to one or more of Judah's titles.
Bottom line, until he either beats Santos, OR makes himself mandatory to Judah to get his chance, let's stop talking about this guy.
Thats like saying no one should have talked about winky till he stopped Vargas or became his mandatory. And tito should have never fought him till that happened, then where would winky be then?
Again, unless he wins the actual welterweight championship, Margarito might as well not exist. No one wants to get in there with a grinder for street cred amongst hardcore boxing fans. Now if he were the recognized undisputed welterweight champion, believe me, there would not be a shortage of opportunities. I still think PBF is @ his best between 35-40, but if he's gonna move up, and I were matching him, I would put him in matches of skill, not size and strength. That's why he's willing to fight Winky Wright, Zab Judah, and Sharmbe Mitchell. They are bigger, but they are looking to beat him with skill, not looking to use their face for defense, to put 10-15 pound weight advantages on him to smother their way to victory.
Now would Floyd put up with that if Margarito were THE champ, and a p4p guy that would help cement is legacy? Sure, and he would beat Margarito. Make no mistake about it, if they were the same size, Floyd stops him in 6 or less, the ONLY reason it's looked @ as a close fight is the gap in size. The only time PBF was ever challenged was due to a gap in size, that closed slightly between the first and second fights, and we all noticed the difference.
Margarito must due the things to help himself, beginning with Santos, and stopping by the nearest garbage can to drop that WBO strap.
we will NEVER see Mayweather fight Judah..
That's why I want him to get KTFO and stop wasting our time.
There's a better chance of snow falling in Southern Mexico than Floyd getting KTFO by Mitchell.
Hatton definitely has the tools be threat to Mayweather, but not a significant threat. If they fight, Hatton will be hit far more than he has ever been. So, will Hatton's hemophilic face hold up? Probably not. Floyd can adjust to any fighting style. This will be a very entertaining fight with Floyd winning by UD. Hatton can only win by KO. However, I don't see that happening.
Just let me know what is the date of the fight. Everything else is BS for the media. Mayweather is blabbing about Judah and Winky and other stupid stuff.
Mayweather isn't fooling anyone. There is only one fight at 140 we want to see, and he is doing everything BUT make that fight. It's take two and maybe Hatton is looking for the easy paydays too.
Not impressed.
In case you didn't already know, Warren has vehemently stated that he is not going to put Hatton in with Mayweather until sometime in 2006. The problem is this, Floyd wants big fights from now on, but NO ONE wants to fight him other than Judah and Winky. I think it's a damn shame that a fighter has to move up two weight classes in order to get a big fight when you have so-called elite fighters in his current weight class.
God damn it, stop taking pictures of me in the shower!!
And to answer your question - yes the lady's do call me tripod, because i have a 3rd leg. :D
3rd leg or 3rd ball? :D

i read Michael Katz's article at maxboxing.com where Ouma may have gone into that fight sick. This may be the reason why he wasn't as impressive as we've seen him against Kofi Jantuah.
MORE FOR YOUR $4.99: Kassim Ouma, who was to defend here tonight against Roman Karmazin, appeared fine at the Orleans press conference a couple of days ago. But one of Don King's men - Fuzzy has promotional rights on the Russian - slipped into the 154-pound title-holder's training last Friday and saw Ouma throwing up after the workout. "I think one of his guys had walking pneumonia and gave him a bug," said the spy...It would be Karmazin's only shot against the multitalented Ouma, the 9-2 favorite now promoted by Golden Boy

Excuses are tools of incompetence which build monuments to nothing and those who specialize in them can seldom do anything else.
spadafora punished floyd in sparring, so what? you think Spadafora would even touch floyd in a real match?
mccline held his own against brock in sparring. got his ass beat in the ring.
george foreman was cut by some bum in sparring, you think foreman wouldn't have got the better of that guy in a match?
sparring doesn't prove much
When they sparred, Floyd was like 15lbs overweight and hadn't fought in a long time. If you look at the tape, Floyd was extremely tired afterwards, he dropped to the canvas from exhaustion. However, when he sparred with Judah they were in shape and in their prime.
I wouldn't read too much into that. It's all hype to build up to a potential showdown next year. I wouldn't be surprised if this was orchestrated by the both of them. Remember, they are friends.
 I don't blame Floyd for wanting to fight this bum. Maussa has a belt and no one wants to fight Floyd except Judah which is impossible this year because there's no way Judah will be ready by Nov 12. If's funny how everyone is saying that the top 140 fighters can possibly beat Floyd, but yet none of them are calling him out. I wonder why
