The thing is here is that why doesn't Pacquiao just call his bluff. Yes, he may have said on video that he agreed but he doesn't flat out say, "I have agreed to Floyd's terms of having random blood and urine testing with no cutoffs." All Manny says is "Yes, I did that. I just wanted to know if that was the thing that was holding up the fight."

I think 10M is not a big deal for Floyd since if the fight is done at 147lbs he can make it compare to blood test. Actually there is so many argument surround this. The risk i'm most concerned about is the day we see a fighter get killed or left permenantly damaged by a juicer for the rest of his life because the dangers of a needle to close to fight night.

From that date he never mention Pacquiao of using PED until 2010. He even mention that he will never beat Manny but KO him year 2009. Granting it is true that some PEDS can be clear just a matter of hour although he never mention that this PEDS will benefit the boxers. If we looked at the previous fight of Mosley vs Mayweather there is a wide gap on dates that blood is tested also it has 18 days gap prior to the fight. Boxing match don't last more than 1 hour even if it goes 12 rounds. Maybe if that random testing Mosley vs Mayweather include a day before prior to the fight then Manny don't have excuse.
I'm no PED expert and don't even pretend to be. That is why I rarely talk about it.
But, from what I read from PED experts like Conte and the guy who's the head of WADA(I think he's name is Tygart?) is that some can be out of your system in hours and others in 2 days. I think it depends on the PED that is being used I guess...Something like HGH I don't think is detectable at all yet even in blood test. But, maybe it is not, I'm not sure.
I don't think Pac is using. But, if he was from what I gather it is beneficial in cycles and while in training. So he can dope while in training, go hard in training. And, then cycle off around the week of the fight and by the time the blood test happens after the fight it could come out clean. And, it would be too late. But, doesn't mean he's not cheating.

If you read the article about the dates that USADA revealed. The gap is about more than a week, 8 and 12 days if I'm not mistaken. If that is true then USADA random testing on Mosley vs Mayweather is questionable. We could say that it depends on the PEDs but again if there is a PED that would last in just hours then atleast on the day before the fight of Mayweather vs Mosley USADA perform the blood test procedure just to ensure both of them is clear.
