Cold will be fine, unless you like the taste of hot protein *yuck* but taken either way is fine but I prefer mine cold.

Ice is awesome to mix it with, but it always got clumpy and stuck to the bottom of the cup so I usually down it fast w/ just water....

yeah the last few times i jsut mad eit with water like 30 minutes before i was ready to drink and put it in the freezer

so its cold and ready to drink
