KOing is all about technique and timing! Its about using your body weight in most effective way, at the right time. Its very hard to explain through text.
Exercise will improve your power, you need to do exercises with explosive movement! An example is bench press - your action must be slow lowering the bar and explosive pushing the weight. I'm pretty sure Spinks will tell you other exercises that help gain explosive power.
Under the chins the best place for a one punch KO, but you have to hit people any place you can in the ring! If you hit someone correctly in the head, face, chin or body you will KO them! Thats why i take any sort of KO i can!!

To the chin, but dont forget the lower ribs and the solar plexus......those are the ones that hurts.
Fore power tehcnic and strenght is obiusly important, the best way is to simply punch, bag bag bag and more bag.
And a heavy one filled with sand.
I havent cared much for weights the last 6 months, 50 rounds of bag a week has helped a lot more.
