spired-Thats like saying, I mix it with milk for the taste...It doesnt matter syrup will digest it slow then milk, sorry bud but you need to mix only with water in order for it to be completely effective....Thats just the way it is....
I will do them like in the picture shown with a medicine ball, or put a stick behind my back rest it on my neck and stretch my arms out onto the stick and twists

I can't drink that tasteless protein with plain water, for example your has vanilla in it then it also will digest slower...
its not about taste its about the body and what the protien is doing for you
if you dont like the taste eat 2 cans of tuna
at 15gs of protien every 2 ounces and a can of tuna is 6 ounces
45gs of protien a can
eat 2 cans a daya nd you have your protien fix
and if you get the good protien powder it doesnt taste bad with jsut water and some ice
you can throw a banna or strawberries if you want some added taste
no syrup or milk unless its skim
Alright man, but I dont get excellent food though... I can't get turkey ( I don't remember if I ever eaten one or not). I only can get chicken sometimes like twice in a week. Usualy I eat muesli in the morning with some honey bread, soup, potatos, sandwiches, fruits, vegetables and stuff like that.
I'll keep using Ultra Gel and Whey2 this month. And I will let you know the results.
