you've been training for quite some time spinks jus wanted to see a picture of how you're getting along mate, wanna see how much all these extras you're taking are helping you. I dont take these extras and its working great for me so just wanted to compare.

Chilly-The only supplements/extras I take is the eca stack and whey protein shake....Im off the eca stack though....

The after pic is about 2 weeks old and the before is about 2 months....Im a lot more defined in my arms and in my abs now due to the mix up in my routine....
