    Sorry about that, Let me proceed:

    Glutamine is effective and I recommend it, Glutamine stops catabolism, catabolism breaks down your muscle for energy so it inhibits that. Here is what glutamine is/does

    It is the most plentiful free amino acid in the body's muscle tissue.
    It is a excellent antioxidant.
    It acts as a neurotransmitter in the brain.

    It improves mental alertness, clarity of thinking and mood.
    It plays a very important role in protein metabolism.
    It is known to promote anabolic conditions in muscle cells and increase the rate of protein synthesis.


    You will want to take Glutamine, I recommend the powder form and mixing it in with your protein shake is not a problem and a quick way to get the best of both worlds, However mild side effects may occur only when taking high dosages although I think you will have no problem with that what so ever.

    It also decreases your recuperation time, so if you workout Glutamine is recommended.

    Also it is best to take it post workout, so added into your protein shake will be ok.


    Taking Ultra Gel will be good and make you more looser and will help you from being sore in your joints especially when lifting and wont take a hard toll on your body and you made a good call on doing so.

    You have a good mixture of supplements going and Ultra Gel will help you from feeling sore and being stiff in the bones a bit as well...

    Amino Acids are the building blocks of protein...Most protein shakes are formulated with the correct amount of amino acid.

    Amino acids are good if you are trying to get in shape and are looking to lose weight and w/ proper dieting, but isnt good for bulking (which I dont think you are trying to do) However it can be a great aid, although your protein shakes should have the correct amount.

    A good way to take them, if you are considering them is 1-2 protein shakes a day and then a amino supplement, although your shakes should carry enough of all the 22 amino acids to keep you going.


    I cant confirm this but I have heard people say taking an amino supplement have helped them get stronger and build more endurance but not sure if that was due to the amino supplement considering they were on others as well. Give it a shot and see if you like it, but w/ a good whey protein shake it should have enough to carry you over though and you may want to save your money.

      Man, thats too expensive, Ive just recieved Ulta Gel today. All I can take for now is Ultra Gel and Whey2 and good food. si that enough for now?

        I don't want to loose weight. I would want to stick at 175, but couple of extra pounds of muscle is not bad though. Thanks Spinksjinx.

          Good Food is all you need


          That is plentiful, supplements are just that to supplement if you cannot get the real deal per se, As long as you eat a strict clean diet you will be fine, Supplements help but are not necessary as long as you are getting the right amount of nutrients through food.....

          Stuff like Ultra Gel though you cant supplement, if you have bad/sore/weak joints it is best to take something like Ultra Gel...

          I think it is a better choice for you to choose Natural foods Thumbs up.


          As long as you exercise and keep a clean diet with the right amount of calories and nutrients you will do fine and pack on muscle in the process.

          You might not lose or gain weight but you might put on a bit of lean muscle, by burning the current fat you have and adding muscle...

          Remember it is a long process and good health is to be considered a lifestyle, so work at it everyday!

            Alright man, but I dont get excellent food though... I can't get turkey ( I don't remember if I ever eaten one or not). I only can get chicken sometimes like twice in a week. Usualy I eat muesli in the morning with some honey bread, soup, potatos, sandwiches, fruits, vegetables and stuff like that.

            I'll keep using Ultra Gel and Whey2 this month. And I will let you know the results.

              There is only one more thing - lifting weights. Should I lift heavy, with 3 sets and 6 reps? Or should I lift more lighter so i could do it like 10 times?

                Heavy is a negative for your goals, I would go w/ anything from a 10-15 range with 4 sets.

                Lift light or moderate, something you dont have a lot of struggle with but gives you a good workout.
