What is boxing doing for him lately? If MMA fighters appreciate him more then he should train MMA fighters.

Boxing needs some structure. Boxing needs a... dare I say it...Dana White or Roger Goodell or some cat who's running things & who's saying what's what. You can't have the inmates run the asylum. No sport works like that except boxing.
Yer but isnt that what makes Boxing great.
Fighters are their own company and they can manage their own self however they see fit.
Its a shady business all the way from the top to the bottom.
Its what it is and what it always should be.
Do you think boxing would be the boxing we all love good or bad if it was run like UFC?

No it’d be better and while they should still be paid correctly, this cherry picking and ducking cannot be allowed to continue to happen. It’s absolutely criminal that there are 4 champs in one division and that’s not counting any made of belts they give away just to make middle tier boxers happy.

He’s trained guys in boxing who make millions let see how long he’ll last in mma when he realizes his mma fighters make 100-200k per fight lol

But hey his fighter might be one of the few lucky guys who is awarded a whopping 50k from Dana for fight of the night lol

He’ll end up training those guys for a cool $2000 hahahahaha

Boxers are ridiculously overpaid relative to their drawing power. I read something the other day that claimed Floyd made more in 2010-2017 than all UFC fighters combined over that time period. Problem is the combined PPV buys for all those Floyd fights is probably around half of the UFC PPVs, maybe less.

Dont forget the combined fight purse of like $40 million for Canelo/Kovalev, only for them to sit backstage and wait while the UFC main event (combined purse of around $1 million) was literally shown on the big screens in the arena, lmao.

I got ya bro but these fighters have to be positioned like that to get experience and exposure to pro boxing.
They have to have these easier fights sometimes depending on were they are at in regards to confidence, stamina, exposure to different fighters.
Boxing is the sweet science and it takes alot more skill to be a champion in boxing than it is in UFC and thats including multiple weight classes and belts.
I like UFC but i love Boxing.

You tell me a time when boxing has had structure? Name me a decade when boxing has had structure? Stop idolizing the UFC.

The day when boxing gets run like the UFC, is the day it become marginalized.

So how many participants are there in the UFC? So you want the sport of boxing to consist of a few 100 fighters, dictated by 1 promoter? The day that happens, is the day the sport of boxing is destroyed.

All the things people complain about in boxing, have always been 'Boxing is a democracy, which has no central nucleus'. This has pro's and it also has cons, but I believe boxing should stick to its roots 'Although there is nothing stopping a promoter or organisation trying to branch away to create a organisation like the UFC' to please all the people up the a*s of the UFC.

There is too much history in the sport of boxing, organisations are not just going to disappear 'To make way for 1 organisation to dictate everything'.
