Teddy has points but I can't also help feel he's moving where the $$$ is at also, lol.

I don't want to say he betrayed boxing because that just sounds ****** if you ultimately are looking to continue finding work for yourself and perhaps he is finding better work in MMA than boxing, but the way he might talk like boxing is done is ******. So many write off boxing and it never seems to go away. Heck, in times like these, boxing was one of the first to come back for live competition on tv.

I also feel like Teddy is full of himself as though he sees himself as this legend and only what he says is correct and nobody else's opinion matters or is better than his.

"mmagayers" Geez, these arguments get more and more desperate.

Oscar Rivas who is currently top 10 ranked wasnt able to do in 10 rounds what Stipe did in 35 seconds...

He just got knocked out again in around 1 minute in an MMA fight last month too.

Then as I already mentioned theres Jarrell Miller who was a few weeks off getting a ****ing title shot against AJ, when a few years earlier he had been the mediocre kickboxer who lost twice to a nearly 40 year old version of this guy...

then theres Conor going 10 rounds with Floyd, winning 3-4 rounds and never being knocked down. ****ing Khabib dropped Conor on his ass with a punch lmao. Nate Diaz also clearly outstruck Conor in both fights, and Nate in turn was lit up by Masvidal.

What else? hmmm... oh this is a good one. Heres Paulie before facing a 13-15 (2-5 in the UFC) MMA fighter in a bare knuckle boxing match....

"I can literally pummel the **** out of you. And that’s what I’m gonna do to this guy. I’m going to beat the living **** out of him and that’s what’s gonna happen when we do get in there. It’s mostly washed-up MMA fighters. I’ll knock out an MMA fighter in his prime in bare-knuckle boxing, so a washed-up MMA fighter is not gonna have anything for me"

And heres Paulie after facing said 13-15 (2-5 in the UFC) MMA fighter in that bare knuckle boxing match....

I suppose bringing up Kharitanov stopping Danny Williams in 2 rounds a few weeks back wont count to you because Danny is old and washed up, even though Kharitanov is also in his 40s and washed up. So heres Robert Helenius being gifted a hometown decision over that same Kharitanov back in 2007

(lemme guess, that doesnt count either because its ammy?)

Hmm what else..Shannon Briggs admitting that he was one kick away from hitting the canvas against a ****ing wrestler in a pure stand up rules K1 fight? Ray Mercer being stopped in about 20 seconds with one kick in K1 too. How about this happening to Botha like 2 years after he went 8 rounds with Wlad in a world title fight...

Edit: Oh and now MMA washout Lucas Browne is being touted as a potential opponent for Fury lmao.

Old, shot Ray Mercer knocked out a former UFC heavyweight champion. Under MMA rules.

        It is what it is.

It can happen. Punchers chance is a real thing. Its just not gonna happen very often.

And you're basing this on what? Conor McGregor not knocking out Floyd ****ing Mayweather in his pro boxing debut?

You know things are ****ed when 90% of your argument is saying "mmgay" over and over.

Can't disagree, boxing has been garbage this year while the UFC continued to put high level matches on a monthly basis.

Sure, thats just the nature of a punchers chance. A boxer loses badly in MMA 9 times out of 10, then the one time catches the MMA fighter early and wins. While the MMA fighter doesnt have as much of a punchers chance vs a boxer in boxing, but wont look as bad in his losses either because he wont be as much of a fish out of water.
