Yeah and they take a lot of breaks too, they will be down on the matt and both just take off a minute or two at a time, the guys gas out and have no stamina.

So 3 rounds of 5 minutes but they arent fighting for the whole 5 minutes, that chit is hardly a fight, even the slowest of boxing fights they are working harder and theres no breaks

yeah so many times they are on the mat and both are gassed to hell, their heavyweights are all fat slobs, and they will both lay their in half a hold catching their breath, if one of them simply had some energy they could explode out of it and make a move but what the ***.

Then with less actual fight time for both title and non title fights compared to boxing, it seems like you didnt get much minutes of actual fighting

I should have said more than one. Donny Lalonde. He was outside his hotel or apartment with a gun but didn't go through with it obviously.

MMA rounds are 5 minutes as opposed to 3 minutes in boxing.

So a 3 round MMA fight has as much fight time as a 5 round boxing fight.

Also, boxers start fighting 4 round fights, then move up to 6, 8, and 10 round fights. Championship fights are 12 rounds. Meanwhile in MMA everyone fights for 3 rounds, and only moves to 5 rounds for championship fights.

Absolutely disgusting KO. Easily the best one of the year so far.

Wrestling drains cardio far, far worse than punching, kicking does too. The typical 5 minute MMA round is worth about 3-4 average boxing rounds in terms of cardio.

Lol @ this. Stuff like Zepeda/Baranchyk happens in double figures every year in the UFC.
