After getting into UFC, boxing has become so boring

Michael Venom Page and Michael Chandler could/should both be in the UFC imo.

Yeah theres some good talent outside of the UFC. Also Lima, Patricio Pitbull, Amosov, AJ Mckee, Ray Cooper. LOTS of good wrestler types with "Ov" and "Ev" surnames in the Russian promotions, especially ACA.

Quite a few ex-UFC names out there who left for reasons other than their records too. Mighty Mouse, Bendo, Rory, Mousasi etc.

When you can afford to pay your fighters the bear minimum for street fights this is watu get. I'm happy for boxers making more for putting their livelihoods on the line for our entertainment. The obvious is that the UFC puts the money that "should" go to the fighters in to promoting them & their events.

Fans just wanna see guys take punches but could care less about how they're set up AFTER they can no longer fight. But be the same people who express empathy when the fighter they grew up watching can't speak, has brain damage, an is financially unstable.

Dude, I get what you're saying in principle but come on. Bader had multiple losses in the UFC at LHW, including to Jones who might fight Stipe next. He beat ****ing King Mo, Meathead and the 42 year old ghost of Fedor to win the Bellator HW title, then defended it against 45 year old Kongo, a guy who was a fringe top 10 HW in the UFC in his prime like a decade ago.

As for Vera? the guy ****ing sucks, another guy in his 40s who got wrecked repeatedly in the UFC in his prime a decade ago (including a loss to Randy who is 57 years old now for ****s sake!)

If Stipe fought Bader over Jones or a Ngannou rematch people would think it was dumb. If he fought Vera people would be like "what the ****?"

It aint exactly Spence/Crawford or AJ/Fury.

Pretty sure the UFC can figure out how to sell an undisputed MMA champ.

I mean look at DC, he's second best in two divisions and they act like that makes him godly.

Conor gets his ass kicked every other fight and still out sells the rest of the sport.

It's not that big a deal. Act like those boys have come a long way and pose a real threat. Put Stipe on 'em trouney style like old Pride or K-1 bull and have Stipe walk through Bader and Vera in one night. Bam, no more pretenders to the throne.

Harris - Needs a good win against a top contender who is neither JDS nor AO cause those guys are basically no hopers at this point.

I don't honestly give a **** about Francis. He's good, he deserves a rematch, he's whooped the other contenders, but, he doesn't bring anything but another W to Stipe. At least Vera and Bader got belts.

Imo Rory is done and I think Gegard left due to business reasons. he would have been great in the current middleweight division.

boxing can produce great matchups as well and if the top guys in the divisions actually fought each other multiple times it could be epic, really epic, instead we get twitter warz and the odd great matchup with fighters leaving divisions and in some cases stacked divisions
