Ordinarily I would agree with you, but Baby doesn't throw heat much in spite of his size, which would give Ortiz opportunities to rest. He throws a lot of arm punches. Joyce just isn't seasoned enough to survive the powerful southpaw.

Joyce was levels above Ortiz in the amateurs, despite having much less experience.

I've not seen Ortiz as an amateur, but I have seen fight once since he fought two years ago in the Olympics and do not believe him to have enough pro experience to defeat Ortiz, especially in the manner you described.

Truly, someone step up. Ortiz is recognized as #3 HW by most, top 5 by nearly everyone. If Hughie Fury, Joyce, Miller, Breazeale or Chisora really want the biggest paydays as the dust settles on the Wilder/Fury/Whyte/Joshua drama, then make names for yourselves. I will spot Parker coming over back to back loses. But these other HW need a serious win to hang their resume on to truly stake a claim. An victory over Ortiz does that, especially on a pay-per-view. I think Ortiz will fight anyone at this stage. He just wants to prove he is elite

I don't see anybody stepping up to fight him. Who exactly has he avoided?

My only concern would be that Miller seems to not have much power for a 300lb power lifter haha

I just read that If Joyce wins this weekend, he will be on the Fury/Wilder card.

Maybe we will see Ortiz/Joyce? Not like Joyce has the time to come up slow like most new pros do...

                    Izu Ugonoh.

Send him an offer and he'll sign it, no doubt.

Would be a really fun fight.
