    No it's not.

Toney looked very average against Jones like he did against Nunn, Johnson, Tiberi, Sosa and S. Williams. Roy Jones just made him look even worse because he was a whole other level to him.

Hard work? Either you have a serious crack habit or you are totally delusional. It was one of Roy Jones easiest nights of his career he could have only been allowed to use one arm and he would have still schooled him. He is THAT superior in every single department.

I went to Brockton to spar with Collins in late 1989. Shortly before he fought McCallum. At the time I was still a novice amateur and we didn't know who we were going to spar when the Petronelli's called my trainer. We got there and found out and my trainer wouldn't let me in the ring with him. We did work out together and he was a great guy who was willing to help me and show me some little tricks.

As a fighter he was tough as nails and had incredible stamina and chin. Upper echelon world class, but not an elite fighter . Has some great names on his resume and always fought a good scrap, but you will probably never hear his name being called into IBHOF.

Jones didn't make him look worse. He was slower, he looked ill. His head and face looked weird and his body less muscled and softer, his neck shrunk etc

Yeah this is nothing more than James Toney fantasy land. Just making up one thing after another

Took on fighters past their prime.

Eubank would have stopped him if not for the Watson tragedy.

              Benn had a dodgy knee.

Had a chance to fight young Calzaghe but ducked and retired.

....Said by the guy that says Roy Jones had a hard time with James Toney

He made hard work of landing clean on him, and outboxing him IN RANGE like Nunn and McCallum did at times (when he was healthy!). Jones would've took him out, stayed in range, give him a rematch, etc; if he thought he was truly superior or if he was great

Let's not forget the Schooling than an average, unspectacular little fighter in Montell Griffin put on Jones, the first live body he fought since mediocre Thomas Tate

There is no difference between Toney vs Jones, McCallum or Nunn except the fact he had to cut less weight against Jones.

Why would Roy Jones rematch a guy that he beat with such ease without even leaving first gear? Add the fact the lost twice to Montel Griffin.

Schooled? The way you are void from reality is ridiculous. Montel Griffin schooled Roy Jones? You actually believe that? Good job he got him out of there in a round in the rematch isn't it like Toney did with Griffin oh no wait Toney lost again

I'll believe those who saw Toney at close to 250lbs a few weeks out from the Jones fight over some guy on an internet forum. He stayed around 160 earlier in his career because he trained year-round, Jackie Kallan confirmed this.
