Floyd didn't want the fight. (see below) Any counter-offer by Manny's team always gets a negative reaction from Floyd's side. Why is that? Well, because Floyd and company was not interested in fighting Manny.


Going by the below timeline, Floyd couldn't have fought Manny EVER!!!
"I'm not interested in fighting Manny" - Floyd in 2010
"Floyd needs a few tune-ups before taking on Manny" - Uncle Roger in 2011 (remember that Floyd fought only once in 2011 and once in 2012)
"I'm not interested in fighting Manny" - Floyd in 2013/2014!

USADA doesnt just test for steroids they test for other things that many trainers and fighters do not know is banned. I am not saying that Manny was on anything but I think floyd wanted to make sure that even if manny tested positive for a banned substance ped's or even something that he would take in the Philippines the fight would be called off and Floyd would get out of it. Also on that same line of thinking why does Floyd get to dictate who does the testing with regards in choosing usada. It all smelled like Floyd wasnt worried about manny being on something but to just trash manny's name. Manny in the second round of negotiations says ok to drug testing except 14 days before the fight. DOES ANYONE REALLY THINK HE COULD GET UNSTOPABLE WITH 14 DAYS AND THEN A POST FIGHT DRUG TEST! it would still be in his system.
Manny agreed to everything and even sent Konz to negotiate a fight but still gets a no from floyd. Oh and by the way Floyd did say no ppv or gate which is complete bs Because he has repeatedly stated that he offered manny a flat fee of 40 million 20 million that day and then 20 million at a later time in every interview he has stated this.

Got proof he was on something? Read my post again with what i said about Usada they test for stuff on a banned list! A list that up until that point was only used in the olympics for Floyd to just randomly say you have to do ost for the fight when there has never been proof of manny cheating is a slap in the face which is why manny sued him. Floyd Sr started this crap talking crazy and floyd jr used it to get out of the fight. Say for instance Manny got tested and he was found positive for a drug that was used for controlling a medical condition that no on knew manny had and doesnt do anything to increase performance but an ingredient is on the banned list just ONE ingredient. It violates mannys right to privacy.
