Have u ever heard of the word "negotiate"? Do you know what it means? Typically in actual negotiations, assuming that both parties actually WANT to get something accomplished, things like this happen. The "low ball" 40 million offer could have been countered with another offer, eventually ending in both sides meeting half way on a fair deal for both sides, but it never got that far because Pacquiao cut off the conversation after two minutes...for a third time.

Looks like you are still at it buddy. Never was it a 40 million flat offer. Floyd has said it, Manny has said it, Koncz and Ariza have said it. 40 million was the guarantee, and nothing else was discussed because Manny hung up the phone. 4 separate people close to the subject have said this, but you steadily want to believe it was a flat fee.
