WHat? you truly are a child, I prefaced my post by saying in no way does my point suggest Manny used Ped's. You brought up berto and petersen in response and I not only agreed with you but said they shouldn't have been allowed to fight.
Man, grow up.

Any more smart questions?
We'll yes, you're talking about local ppv money. You forget the international broadcasting rights, sight fee, sponsor money, etc, etc........
You're trying to make it seem like $40 mil to top rank is a viable option. Floyd is in the promotional business and he knew that PAC was talking to him in behalf on himself and toprank. You seemed well verse in ppv gross and the details of the boxing business but refuse to acknowledge that the $40 mil would not go 100% to pac because of his contractual obligations.

Manny doesn't get 100% now, so while that 40 million would become less that is nothing new with the only possible exception of paying Top Rank off which would be expensive but Manny could have stood up to them and forced them to deal I am sure they would oblige him because he is pretty important.Last edited by The Gambler1981; 04-16-2014, 03:49 PM.

FMJ has proven that he is willing to take real innitiative pro-active to come to a deal. Maybe you should list ones again all pac's real attemps and offers. Not the BS in the media for his fans to believe...
Manny was/is an entertaining fighter maybe more entertaining than FMJ, but he doesnt seem to care to make the fight happen. This will be proven when he extends his contracts without talking/considering about making the fight when he is a free agent...
Proof will come within a year that Manny is the one who isnt about the fight.
To be completely honest if it will happen it will probably be manny's(read FMJ's) last fight that he eventually will agree to make the fight. all the other talk before that time is to hype his own matches.

Does anyone on this message board actually believe that Manny Pacquaio has received 50 percent of the net revenue of any fight in which he has fough?
Is anyone on this board actually ****** enough to think that Bob Arum (who claims he guarantees Pacquaio $20 million per fight) actually gives Manny Pacquaio 50 percent of the revenue from the fights that Arum promotes?
If you are ****** enough to believe this, I have a bridge I want to sell you. Pacquaio has never been guaranteed more than $8 million in a fight and has never made more than $20 million in a fight and that $20 million is nowhere near 50 percent of the revenue. Yet, when Mayweather called to offer him a fight with a $40 million guarantee (for Pac alone, not Arum), Pac asks for 50 percent of the revenue when he has probably never received more than 30 percent of the net revenue from Bob Arum.
So, basically, Pac is allowing Arum to rip him off left and right and pay him less than what he should be getting paid, but he demands half of everything from Mayweather, and people on this board think that this makes sense.
To answer your question, the joke is not the offer Mayweather made to Pacquaio. The joke is Pacquaio himself for being ****** enough to trust Arum and turn down more money for one fight than he has ever made and will likely make for the rest of his career.
Unfortunately, Pacquaio won't realize this until five years after his career is over and he is broke and looking for some publisher to pay him for a tell-all book about Arum and Top Rank.

Just because something as a whole seems out of reach to one person doesn't grant others the right to manipulate them.Last edited by Jewel; 04-16-2014, 04:45 PM.

I wonder how you'd feel if Mayweather was the one that turned down a fight because he didn't want to do blood tests?
