How did the urine sample provided by Brandon Rios come back positive for a banned substance?

a cut off date does not mean he is telling them when they can and cannot test him. they can still come and test him "randomly" up until the suppose cut off date.

what about if they want to test him between the cutoff date he wants and the day of the fight?

well if floyd and pac agreed on a cut off date, the testing agency would be notified about it so why would they want to test him during the agreed cut off date? pac also said he's willing to give blood right after the fight, why is this not good enough?

How many steroids could one man put into his body that would have any effect and cycle away after 30 days?

Anyways, the testing was agreed upon and another road block showed up with Mayweather demanding a 70/30 split. I thought testing was the issue.

so lets say the agreed cut off is 18 days from the fight. the testing agency would still come and test pac randomly up until day 18 from the fight. and again pac is willing to give blood right after the fight.

WIthout suggesting Pac was using ped's, it's difficult to ask for a cutoff date and not look su****ious. Thats not good enough because if he were to test positive that means he would've been allowed to compete while dirty, which is not what the commission wants to happen.

That is not true. I don't feel the need to go back and forth over untruths and half truths. Manny did not agree to testing until well after this.

That said, your point about ped usage during the cutoff period is a valid discussion pint. I have no idea how many days before a fight ped's need to be used to be effective.

I made the point above-ped testing is a deterent-not a safety net. Ped testing before the fight ensures that it wont be used. Cutoff dates and testing after the fight do not deter usage-it only cathces people who have used.

There could be damage inflicted during the fight as a result of ped usage that the scenario you described wouldn't prevent.

AGain, I am not implying in any way that Manny is dirty.

Quick yes or no question: do u think that there is something su****ious about a fighter wanting a 30 day cut off for blood testing?
