hmm.. I think he did improve his defense when he came back after retirement.
Watch his older fights against Hide, for example. He uses his terminator defense there as well, catches every punch with his chin lol
He didn't bend at waist at all back then, looked like a tree lol

But quit against 6' 210lb Chris Byrd. For some reason I don't see a 25 foot great white giving in to a guppy because his fin hurt. Just sayin...

vitali klitschko linear champ! haha! that's a good one. you probably think wlad is linear champ because he beat sultan ibragimov lmao! beating the #3 guy in the division who happens to be a complete bum with zero legit wins=linear champ in the klitschko era of "dominance"

I do think Wlad is but off the Chagaev win. He beat everyone with a claim but his brother and Vitali's claim comes off a win over a guy Wlad beat in this current run. With Vitali inactive now, Povetkin is really the last guy of the past few years left. I don't think there is any real issues recognizing Wlad as the champ at this point.

Right or wrong, for better or worse, I've had Wlad the lineal champ since Chagaev. Never have I had Vits there and I see no good arguments as to why he should have been.

so he beat everyone but the best guy in the division. aka he's not linear.

chagaev was a bum. he barely beat valuev and ruiz and got a gift against carl davis drummond(who?) in the fight before fighting wlad.

povetkin is another bum. he lost to marco huck. then marco huck lost to firat arslan. firat arslan vs wlad for the lineage?

wrong then. wlad can become linear champ in theory if he beats povetkin. but i know povetkin lost to huck so i don't consider him the best. next best is.....haye? yes wlad beat haye but you can't go back and retroactively crown someone linear champ. wlad-vitali was the only legit fight to crown a linear champ for awhile. maybe someone else will come along that wlad will actually fight but we will see.

Vitali has the WBC world title belt right now, Vitali is an ATG. He's like the Jack Johnson of his time. And Jack Johnson is one of the Baddest man of all time, son. Vitali retired Lennox, I WOULD HAVE SOLD MY LEFT KIDNEY FOR THE $20,000,000 Lennox passed up.

He's just another contender holding a paper strap, has been since he came back. He is like Johnson in one aspect though. As a supposed champion to Johnson being a real champion, neither fought the best while holding that title. At least Johnson did before he became champ though.

It's one thing to piss on Vitali, and a whole other thing to piss on Jack Johnson.

Mabe you never saw the picture of Vitali standing against the military for his people because he believes in somthing more than just himself. He's one of the baddest boxers ever, a real champion. I wish you could respect that friendo.
