The numbers don't lie, as Mayweather would say. He connects at a higher percentage and the connect percentage against him is lower, even though his punch output is higher and he has fought better opposition on average.

If you're looking for specifics though, Mayweather is better at inside fighting, combination punching, not unnecessarily expending energy by relying primarily on foot movement, thus making it look as if he is running, I could go on but I won't because the truth is in the numbers to be honest.

he'll have to do more to get into the hall but that movement was incredible and the left cross so fast donaire couldnt seem to see it coming. u got that? not the right jab which is the lead hand a foot and a half closer but the left cross. i thought i was halucinatin. great skills, great fighter but 2b a legend u gotta do it over time and a run of a career. iv seen rig fight a couple times before and never seen him that surgically precise. imo the most intriguin match for him now is the one tha mightb the most boring, anselmo moreno. mares showed how to get moreno but can rigo fight that rough aggressive style? anyway, im impressed as hell n loved the fight n the fact that they didnt give it to the name guy like they usually do. the right guy won

Corrales was not ranked as highly as Donaire. Not to mention, Corrales isn't near as skilled as Donaire. You really think Corrales is a tougher fight than Donaire. Gimme a break.

No. JMM is still regarded higher because of the performance put on, so is Corrales. JLC even though people thought he lost the first one, immediate rematch and blew him out. Mosley was a beast and everyone thought Mayweather was scared and ducking, and he demolished him. I can list the old fights which are impressive too, again in dominate fashion. So mayweather has bigger fights, and a lot more, on his resume... If you're honestly sitting here thinking Rigo is more highly rated as a pro than Mayweather you need to watch a bit more boxing. He's not higher than a LOT of current fighters from this era.

Neither Corrales, JLC, nor Mosley were as good as Nonito Donaire when Floyd fought them.

Really??..He was a relatively new world champion and there were many great fighters around at that time. Much as I loved 'Chico' he was never p4p material.

He destroyed every ranked fighter in his path. The last one left was Floyd Mayweather and he was expected to just be another one on the list.

And not just The Ring had Corrales in the Top 5 P4P. Every single list you could find had Corrales in the Top 5 P4P, if not Top 5, top 10.

Back then, Corrales was the epitome of P4P Material. He was destroying absolutely everyone in his way.

Hindsight is 20-20 but it doesn't change how highly he was regarded at that point.
