I'll say it... Guillermo Rigondeaux is probaby the most skilled boxer of all time.

Tito was never at the skill level of Donaire.
Mosley's win over DLH was not comprehensive, nor was it a schooling.
Margarito's win over Cotto... really? I love Cotto, but Cotto was not on the level of Donaire.
Moorer was not on the level of Donaire.

Serious, name me a win of the quality that Rigondeaux had last night.
    Yes, of course he was.

Pacquaio is a certified ATG. He's in a completely different league to Nonito Donaire.

Donaire is not even a clear cut HOF'er and I'm a big fan of Donaire.

Back then, Corrales was the epitome of P4P Material. He was destroying absolutely everyone in his way.

Hindsight is 20-20 but it doesn't change how highly he was regarded at that point.
Chico was regaurded as a slugger, not a skilled fighter.

Here are predictions for the fight. Most experts leaned on Mayweather winning.

        He's not a great fighter.

And it's really not a certainty he will be inducted into the HOF.

He was a slugger, an elite one. A P4P calibur one.

Does that disqualify him or something?

Movement is the lowest level of defense~ it doesn't take very much tactical know how to be constantly out of range.

He has great movement and ability to control range from the outside, and when a guys starts to reach he can make them pay.

He is a very skilled guy one of the better current guys, I believe the first time I saw him fight on ESPN, I said something like he won't always look impressive, especially against guys who aren't attacking him, but when faced with better opposition his abilities would look much more impressive which proved true. TO me he is not very versatile though, his style is very skewed one way which can be very effective also as long as the guy sticks to their strength and Rigondeaux is certainly a guy with that mindset.

Still I will take versatility over being highly skewed one way.

I didn't know the most skilled fighter of all time would get dropped by a guy who worked with his trainer over the phone while also getting booed for 12 rounds.

You have obviously never been in the ring trying to get away from a fighter who is coming after you. It is every bit as impressive what Rigo does with his feet as what he can do standing and slipping punches.

Rigo is not just skewed towards movement. He can stand there and make you miss. His head movement is superb, as is his footwork, and his angles.
