Why is Lara getting all this hype?

Canelo was a teenage kid most of his career. He's only been relevant acouple years, hell he's still green and he's already called out Mayweather, Martinez, Kirkland and Williams. Who are all top fighters, he happens to have a name so he wants to make the most out of it. Which is wrong ....by your logic and it's also considered ducking

Calling out Mayweather doesn't mean ****. We already heard him make excuses saying his team don't want him to fight Martinez because he isn't fan friendly or something of the sort. Lara beat Williams Lara, looked far better against Molina than Kirkland did and he has proven more than Kirkland, anyone claiming Kirkland is a better fighter is an idiot. There is no reason for Canelo not to fight Lara and giving Canelo credit for calling out those fighters is idiotic.

There is no reason for Canelo not to fight Lara and giving Canelo credit for calling out those fighters is idiotic.

That logic don't work on this board. When it pertains to a fighter that a poster likes, it's about hardcore boxing logic and what match-ups should happen based on just raw boxing talent and achievement, because "that's the way boxing should be".

When it pertains to a boxer that a poster wants to protect out of preference or bias, the fighter is either too young, has no necessity to, or just simply doesn't see a big draw in fighting the top guys in his division.

Lara is a solid fighter and probably a top 3 or 4 fighter at 154. He just isnt this monster that some people have made him out to be since the Williams fight which btw wasnt as one sided as people remember now. Like ive said before if Lara brought money to the table the Canelo fight would have been signed already. His risk at this point doesnt match the reward for fighting him.
