Floyd is a better offensive fighter than Manny! Pac-JMM & PBF-JMM fights prove it.

To say he does things better than pac, well yeah he has that counter right but when does he ever throw enough punches so we can compare the too?
Mayweather has more than a counter-right my man, his lead right hand is also superb. He also has a lead and check left hook that he uses. Mayweather attacks a lot of the times, especially during the 2nd half of his fights when his opponents are usually broken down. Mayweather's body-attack is also underrated. People only see what they want to see.

Then there is counter punching which he is also good at, but part of why is good is that he is good leading also which makes guys have to fight then Floyd picks them apart,
Yeah that sounds about right but that still only produces 30 + punches a round. Floyd does indeed have wonderful offensive skills, but it's so safe, and so defensive minded that I would consider his offense anywhere near as effective as pac's.

But whats funny is I think the same thing about Pac's defense.

Actually it's not that simple. Mayweather's KO rate is basically the same as Pacquiao's. Mayweather also bloodies his opponents' faces'. Pacquiao throwing more punches doesn't make him a better offensive fighter than Mayweather. If you were going to step and respond to my question, I wish you would have took the time to make an intelligent argument instead of just posting fanboy rhetoric.

People see what they want to see but in Floyds case you hardley see much of anything. Mayweather has great offensive skills the problem is they very rarely lead to anyone actually getting hurt.

Manny is much more offensive minded, if you consider that part of it then yea he has a clear edge there.

Manny and Floyd are opposites, Floyd is defensive minded using his defense to set up offense and not allowing his offense to really cost his defense.

Manny is offensive minded, he uses his offense as a large part of his defense and his defense is mainly there so he doesn't get killed when on offense.

What it means is that Floyd's win over Marquez does not mean he automatically beats Pac. Thats what it means!!!!
                  Of course it doesn't.

Did I imply that? Am I missing something?

This is just silly and indicative of someone who doesn't understand or appreciate what he/she is seeing when Mayweather is in the ring. Mayweather displays both great offense and defense when in the ring. It seems that boxing "fans" such as yourself don't appreciate or respect defense. You seem to use Mayweather's defensive skills as a reason to criticize him. Mayweather isn't as offensive as Pacquiao and other fighters is because he doesn't have to be. He doesn't have to get to give. That doesn't change the fact that he's a great offensive fighter who's probably the most accurate puncher in the sport.

Contrary to popular belief... fans of particular fighters, are separate individuals.
