Floyd is a better offensive fighter than Manny! Pac-JMM & PBF-JMM fights prove it.

Against Pacquiao, Marquez can do what he does best - play the role of the counter puncher. Pacquiao will come in and attack and that's when Marquez unleashes his counter shots. He is the perfect style for Pacquiao.

Against Mayweather however, Marquez was forced to play the role of the aggressor and floyd played the role of the counter puncher, and that is not marquez' game. He's not nearly as effective walking forward, while floyd is the one setting traps.

This is some simple ass stuff right here you'd think "hardcore" boxing fans would understand right away but apparently not.
Yeah. This is pretty similar to the thread "Pac is better defensively than Floyd" and goes on to quote I think some compubox numbers with Hatton and Hoya . Stats are pretty much at the mercy of the one looking at it. Lolz.

His defense comprises of simply putting his guard up to avoid punches. His counter punching sucks and so does his timing.
Yes but in your own words, only at certain times. Also knowing he was behind the cards, Jmm tried to push his luck on the last few rounds giving Floyd a lot more opportunities to counter.

How can floyd be classed as better offensively when he dont know what the word means? He will never care about entertaining a crowd so he wouldnt throw a punch if he could help it.

He waits for his opponents to punch and if they dont, he dont. Dont call him offensive. The only thing offensive about him is some think hes the best in the world.

You are completely right dude, and yes Mayweather was a nightmare matchup for Marquez, however the fact is that people SEVERELY exagerate Marquez being the aggressor in the Mayweather fight. Marquez WAS NOT walking Floyd down the entire fight as you indicate above, that simply is not what happened, period. I mean look at the knock down, Floyd hit Marquez with a leaping left hook, not a counter at all, Floyd threw first. So yes, bad style matchup for Marquez, but no Marquez was not leading or walking Floyd down for the entire fight, don't get carried away.

I agree, people make it seem like jmm was roberto duran the fight. Floyd was more the aggressor than jmm was

well since jmm went 12 rounds with pac three times and he is a counter puncher like
