Floyd is a better offensive fighter than Manny! Pac-JMM & PBF-JMM fights prove it.

He has better timing, balance, punch selection, and accuracy than Manny. He also creates shots off his defense. Yes, he is a better offensive fighter. Also consider the Mosley fights where Floyd landed more cleaner shots. He knows how to find a way to connect.

So this is on the menu today? Floyd is better than Pac because he 120-108'd Marquez and Pac didn't? Seriously, I thought I'd find some good posters on boxingscene, but I'm being proven wrong everytime I check in. Floyd won in a fight of Counterpunchers, is naturally a bigger man, came over the contractual weight limit, and made Marquez do all the offensive because the public have become bored and started BOOing, because Floyd was producing no entertainment value at all. The compubox numbers are a completely useless argument here, because this is pro boxing and not amateurs.

If you want to play the role of a Fair Analyst, then you have to consider all common opponents of Pacman and Floydie:
          1. Oscar Dela Hoya
          2. Ricky Hatton
          3. Shane Mosley
          4. Juan Manuel Marquez

Now in your article you are emphasizing the Computer box stats, wow! all those Pacman haters never recognize that stats in their 3rd encounter!

If you want to find out the TRUTH, then, lets just wait until they agreed to settle the issue INSIDE THE RING this May 2012, Hopefully!

So jabbing 2/3 of your thrown punches is considered offensive minded? Yeah sure.

Manny threw much less jabs and landed ~20% more power punches (JMM 3).

why is everyone so convinced that jmm was the aggressor in the mayweather fight? mayweather initiated contact plenty of times with his left hooks, lead rights, and jabs, which gave jmm plenty of counter punching opportunity. problem is that mayweather is very good at getting away after he leads.

Damn and I thought I was the only one who saw this. Mayweather did in fact lead at certain times in the Marquez fight and Marquez did try to Counter Mayweather but he couldn't because of Mays defense. Manny tried to lure traps for Marquez as well but was only met with straight right hands. The only advantage that Manny has over Mayweather is his punching power and nothing else. His defense comprises of simply putting his guard up to avoid punches. His counter punching sucks and so does his timing.
