Yes becoming undisputed champion at Cruiserweight whilst handing tough guys like Breidis & Gassiev their first ever loss CEMENTS his ATG status when looked at in conjunction with his Heavyweight achievements. Although Ali is the superior Heavyweight with the better resume, the fact that Usyk is the smaller man who began his career at Cruiserweight and beat the best Heavyweights of his generation TWICE puts him in the ATG Heavyweight top 5.

Can't really ask for any more than that.
Ali would weight 210 pounds back in the day, where was no cutting weight technic. Do you think a 210 pounds guy couldn't go down to 190/200 pounds with the right diet and program? He won a gold medal if I recall correctly at Light Heavy. I think the comparison is pointless and have no merit. Usyk is good but his body of work in the division lacks substance, AJ and Fury, and fans are proclaiming he is the best that ever live.

He mowed down Bruno and Spinks.
LOL, he beat Spinks a top 5 P4P fighter in the world, who beat Holmes twice in 90 seconds.

He beat former champ Trevor Berbick, who beat Ali in 2 rounds

He beat Carl Williams (who really beat Holmes) in 90 seconds as well

He beat former WBA champ Tony Tubbs in 2 rounds

I already mentioned Spinks. You added Tubbs, Berbick and Williams... not the most impressive list to be honest. Not compared to the fighters I listed that he didn't 'mow down'.

Spinks stands alone as a top fighter that Tyson 'mowed down'. Personally I'd give him Bruno too.

Typically though, when faced with good competition, he didn't mow his opponents down. He beat them late, or outpointed them, or got beaten.

lol he’s beaten a couple of stiff Brit bums.

AJ and DDD are both garbage

The wins against Fury are legit and combine it with his CW and he’s definitely a one of the best of all time. His record is nowhere near good enough to be considered number 1 though

This is a ****** conversation which has no merit as again none of these men have fought each other nor could they. The triangle method needs to die and this fantasy boxing idea needs to disappear

                  And?

That's what you need to do with less than great fighters, which is my point.

All of those fighters are better than Chazz Witherspoon & Derek Chisora, who Usyk struggled with.

It's hard to say usyk is the best ever heavyweight because he's not cleaned out the top ten yet. It's important usyk does that, as usyk beating fury is supposed to be really good win. But fury himself has beat very few in the top ten himself.......Ajit and parker.mightve beat fury too
So best ajit, parker, ajagba, and maybe even Fabio wardley. Then we are talking

And... you said Usyk wasn't mowing down Fury, Joshua and Dubois like Tyson would.

I presented to you that Tyson didn't mow down his decent opponents. He typically decisioned them or lost.

We've gone back and forth and now you're trying to undo that opinion. You probably should have just acknowledged that the statement was incorrect.
