If Miller continues getting his weight down a little I think he can do bits
I thought apart from what seemed more like an uncertainty on his conditioning he looked good vs Ruiz, certainly the best I have seen him.
Then again far more likely he fails another drug test or comes in 30lbs heavier than he was for his last fight.Comment

He's got skills. Question is, does he have the character?!If Miller continues getting his weight down a little I think he can do bits

I'd love to see Joshua vs Miller, still.
If A.J. feels like he needs redemption - Here it is.
If Miller's in shape; I pick him. I think I always did.Comment

There’s a clear hierarchy. Dubois holds the IBF title individually. Without that belt Usyk can’t be considered undisputed. Not saying I agree with it but it is what it is.Comment

You ARE saying you agree with it, though. You're engaged in a multi-day discussion justifying it even though you know beyond any doubt it's not the truth.
The WBA, WBC, IBF, and WBO don't award world championships. They award titles that signify a fighter has completed whatever arbitrary steps they decided to put forth to get their own belts.
A world championship can only be won by beating the best or, if vacant, by winning a fight between the top two guys. There is no other way. John Ruiz is a 2X heavyweight titlist but he never won a championship. Anthony Joshua was never a champion, he was a unified titlist. Deontay Wilder was never a champion. Andy Ruiz, Charles Martin, Siarhei Liakhovich... titlists, not champions. Usyk is the champion. Fury was the previous champion. Klitschko before him, and Lewis before him. Everyone else who walked around with a world title belt in that timespan was nothing more than a contender with a toy.Comment

I'm definitely against running it back. If it were a freak injury or something that felled Bakole, sure. But as "weird" as the KO punch from Parker was, it was still a KO punch. He sparked him in 2, and he already hurt Bakole before the final punch, as much as Bakole tried to shake it off.Originally posted by morph_resurrectedWell Parker should get Dubois, but I think Bakole and Parker should run it back. I mean, it didn’t even last a full 2 rounds and he got caught with a weird punch that landed in a weird spot.
I give credit to Bakole for stepping up, but he can't have his cake and eat it too. He got the money, now take the L and rebuild - second chances make the first chance seem like a waste.Comment

3 best years lost due to his "difficulties". I give weight (no pun) to the potential demonstrated against the still useful 18-1-1 Washington, 33-2 Wach, the always tough Duhaupas and fellow prospect at the time Dinu, 18-0. Too heavy in his last three, yet he pushed Dubois and Ruiz all the way. Nothing spectacular there, but solid.
