I honestly think if Adeleye had any sort of workrate/conditioning he'd be a very dangerous man.

Very tough, hits very hard, not exactly void of skills or ability he just doesn't throw more than 2 punches a round.

Ford is so fast and sharp for the first minute of every round but then he proceeds to spend the next 2 minutes half asleep, I've noticed this in everyone of his fights.
