Nobody KO’s Canelo. GGG had 36 rounds to try and didn’t come close so Oscar wouldn’t have put a dent in him. Canelo will never be KO’d. Not even by Beterbiev.

I regard GGG as one of the very top fighters of his generation. He should have two wins over the former P4P #1 guy in the sport, and he absolutely leveled every other MW contender that was in his way as he broke the record for MW defenses. He didn't fight bums, but rather the best the were available. Like a true elite champion, he blitzed them all. It was only in his final years that that GGG showed slippage, against other top shelf fighters (Deryvyanchenko, Canelo). In my view, when evaluating careers, it’s always important to note which elite opponents of his era a fighter faced, then second, which elite fighters of his era he did not face. We know his opponents faced, but which elite fighters (in his weight class) did GGG not face?
Pretty sure he was hiding in europe beating up taxi cab drivers while Pavlik Taylor Martinez Williams were all campaigning. Then he came over here and started beating up American cab drivers on hbo. Steve rolls vanes matirosyan…guy didn’t fight anybody. Looked good beating up bums but who doesn’t. He also ducked the ward the fight and never dared to move up in weight class or down.
but claimed he would move down to fight Floyd mayweather.

WBA/IBO middleweight champion Gennady "GGG" Golovkin (33-0, 30KOs) is ready for all comers after knocking out Willie Monroe in six rounds on Saturday night at The Forum in Los Angeles. At the post fight press conference, Golovkin was asked if he was still interested in dropping down to junior middleweight face WBC/WBA junior middleweight champion Floyd Mayweather Jr. (48-0, 26KOs), who also holds the WBC/WBA/WBO titles at 147-pounds. Golovkin would be ready to face Mayweather on his planned return date of September 12th - although it's unlikely the fight will ever happen.

so as big as a fraud as people say canelo is ggg is even bigger lol. For the record I’m not a big fan of either but canelo at least moved up in weight.

But at 168 Canelo beats every version of Oscar.
At any division up to 154, Canelo gets outclassed. JMW was Oscar’s ceiling and he doesnt belong at 160-168 at all. Yea Canelo wins at those weights.

I think you know full well that GGG didn’t “hide out” in Europe to duck Pavlik, Taylor, Martinez or Williams. What a weird thing to suggest. GGG sh.its bigger than all of those guys - and I acknowledge that they were all good champions, He would have served up 4 straight KOs. I cannot even deign to acknowledge somebody who would suggest that GGG was any kind of fraud.

What wins does he have mate? It’s clear as day he waited to come to america. It’s just coincidence that all the players at 160 had moved on? He came to america trying to fight cotto and mayweather at the very end of their careers. He could’ve come fought Pavlik Williams and Martinez but he chose to beat up euro bums and wait till they vacated the division. And you are absolutely off your rocker if you think he’d serve 4 kos out of those 4 fights. Pavlik would’ve sent lil G to the netherworld Martinez would’ve danced circles around him. Cotto was always too small for him and Williams would’ve been interesting due to him dimensions and volume. GGG never fought any fighters close to as good as any of those 4. Canelo the only fighter on their level and he got 0 wins out of that. GGG went life or death with Sergei dervychenko man…couldn’t finish glass jaw jacobs…but people like u think he’d knock out pavlik and Martinez? Ooooookayyyyy lmao GGG taks $h!ts bigger than Pavlik? Like cmon man pav went up to LHW to challenge the great Bernard hopkins. GGG never dared to be great. He doesn’t have one signature win in his whole career. One elite win at his own weight. If you can name it I’ll listen. Career had a lot potential that literally went absolutely nowhere. He should’ve fought ward and kovalev. If he had even taken those fights I’d give him some credit but he literally ducked every available opponent his whole career except canelo. Even now he would only fight canelo at 168…nobody else. GGG was a can crusher.

I’m trying to respect you, but you know nothing about this sport and you’re spewing complete nonsense now. How anybody could regard Kelly Pavlik as a great champion while regarding GGG as a fraud is beyond my comprehension, and I am TOAA.

Kelly Pavlik is now some world beater who had GGG hiding out in Europe? Kelly Pavlik wasn’t half the champion that GGG was. Technically he wasn’t 1/20th the champion that GGG was. He beat Jermaine Taylor. That is it, one MW defense. Apart from Taylor and getting embarrassed by a 60-year-old Bernard Hopkins, who was 20 years older than him, Kelly Pavlik is a complete “ghost” in this sport.

Sergio Martinez was great in his time, but he would’ve gotten stopped by GGG. Martinez did not have the stamina nor the punch resistance to withstand GGG over 12 rounds. Sergio Martinez, as fun as he was to watch, was largely entertaining because of how vulnerable he often was.

I’m not going bother mentioning what GGG would’ve done to Paul Williams. I’ve already told you it would’ve ended in a KO.

Every time somebody criticizes Triple G they do so by saying he ducked fighters two weight classes above him. GGG also ducked Maris Briedis and Usyk.

Your basing GGG would do this based off what tho? That’s just what u wish he would do. Nothing in his career says he could stop ANY of those 4. He literally went lifenor death with Sergei dervychenko man. Pavliks run was short and sweet and it was at a time when boxers took risks to fight the best. Something lil g never did. 60 year old hopkins was better than anything GGG was his entire career. His win over Pavlik was more impressive than any win in GGGs career. Pavliks win over taylor was more impressive than anything in GGGs career. I will say GGG was great at crushing cans. The Steve rolls and vanes matirosyans dominc wade martin murray…the list of cans he crushed was impressive but that’s all he did mate. I used to be a big fan I thought golovkin was gonna do big things in the sport. But he didn’t do $h!t unfortunately. His best win was kell Brook l. A guy he brought up 2 weight classes to fight. To think ggg would KO Martinez Pavlik and Williams is just asinine. He never came close to KOing anyone at the world championship level at his own weight and those 3 were all elite. Much better fighters than kell Brook who was putting a beating on him before the weight difference took it’s toll. Pavlik vs GGG was always a dream fight for me. Would have been absolute fireworks. I always will take Pavlik to win tho based on their resumes and watching them fight. There’s a reason GGG didn’t dare to be great and move up in weight for big fights. Also Andre ward was one weight class above him at SMW. He had no problem chasing canelo up at SMW to fight him. Notice how he refuses to fight ANYONE else at that weight? Cause they would savage him..benevidez and morrel Jr would hospitalize any version of GGG.
