If you could name one fighter in GGG's weight class who he avoided then your argument would have some weight, but it doesn't. Instead, you have to resort to some other metric (he never fought at LHW or boiled down to WW) to discredit him. GGG faced and KO'd one top 10 MW contender after another, over an 8 year span. He is the most dominant MW of his era, and there is no close second.

Now tell me your take on Sven Ottke.

**On a final note, whether you're a fan of his or not, you must at least admit that he had a Top 5 thread for thread best fight robe in the sport, and that it's going to look pretty amazing in that display box in Canastota.**

You can’t name ONE elite victory. Just a bunch of drivel about the greatest can crusher you’ve ever seen right? Can’t name ONE great victory. I compare him to EVERY other MW great and EVERY one has moved up save Carlos monzon I believe. And monzon fought Griffith, Benevuti valdez those 3 opponents better than gggs whole career kid sorry to burst your bubble lmao. And yes his robe game was on point. That’s part of my frustration. You see those robes and you thought we were gonna see great things but it was just Martin murray then vanes then some other bum then canelo rinse repeat 3x call it a career

I told you. GGG fought nothing but the top MW contenders of his day. Show me otherwise. I asked you to name the other elite fighter's in his division who GGG did not fight, but you couldn't do that either. Then you deflected and said he was a fraud for never fighting LHWs, which is what all GGG's detractors resort to eventually. GGG was well established as the fighter to get ducked, the middleweight boogeyman, not the other way around.

As far as your criteria for greatness goes, you keep waffling as its convenient to you. You harp and insist that Golovkin was a fraud because he fought his entire pro career at the same weight, yet that's not a criteria for greatness for other fighters who you would regard as great. You mention Monzon who stayed at MW, but don't forget Marvin Hagler, career middleweight, famous for fighting blown up LWs and WWs? As far as can crushing goes, what fighter has more tomato cans on his record than Carlos Monzon? This is not to say that Monzon wasn't great. He is a consensus Top 5 or better middleweight for a reason, but he's got plenty of asterisks on his record if you scrutinize it as you have GGG's. One important fact about GGG's resume that you seem to disregard is the fact that he pummeled his competition. He fought top contenders who nobody will be making movies about, but he crushed them as an elite champion should.

That's it for now. I'll let you get back to that Kelly Pavlik fight that you like to watch so much.

Bro u keep bringing up LHW…bumlovkin refused to fight ward at 168 you are conveniently leaving that odd. Funny how he went up to 168 to fight canelo tho. I’m just saying the guy didn’t fight anyone great and he DID have opportunities. You keep dogging Pavlik but he fought other great fighters. If you think ANYONE of the people GGG beat Pavlik wouldn’t also demolish I don’t know what to tell you. And also Pavlik would have DEMOLISHED dervychenko. That’s a fight that GGG lost but was gifted a win on the scorecards. I get it you want to think what GGG should have been l. I was you once lol. Wake up. He could’ve moved up to 168 and fought benevidez YEARS ago like you all want canelo too rn. But you all never cared when GGG ducked the whole division lol. Would GGG even dare fight bivol? He had the chance…that fight could have been made. GGG just didn’t want the smoke lol. Could’ve fought ward could’ve fought kovalev. Should’ve could’ve but didn’t is the story of his career mate. He refused to even fight Lara and charlo at the end dude was a joke lol
