Only a clinically deranged person could believe Tyson Fury won that first fight....

I struggled to watch the first fight through to the end. I wasn't convinced that Foster won the fight anywhere near as dominantly as the ESPN crew insisted, but that's not to say that I didn't think he should've gotten the decision. Foster's style is just so frustratingly boring that I really didn't...Last edited by TheOneAboveAll; 09-09-2024, 07:38 PM.crimsonfalcon07 BustedKnuckles like this.

Why do casual fans equate fame with greatness? Rolly Romero is probably more famous than 95% of Bud Crawford's title opponents, and yet everyone one of those guys beats Rolly. Spence is the biggest star on Crawford's record, and yet he was one of Bud's easiest wins....Last edited by TheOneAboveAll; 09-09-2024, 08:10 PM.

And yet, somehow, he’s the most quintessentially Puerto Rican guy anyone’s ever seen....

Usyk is famous for his post-fight magnanimity. Chisora really was his toughest HW fight though....

AJ did better than Fury against Usyk. AJ just got outboxed, while Fury was beaten up and down the street....

If there were no means for consumers to steal, promoters would have tried to push PPV prices to $199 and more...Last edited by TheOneAboveAll; 09-05-2024, 09:45 AM.

Janibek is solid and likely the best MW in the world at the moment, but no case at all can be made to argue that he's among the Top 10 P4P fighters in the world. He mostly passes the eye test, but his level of opposition up to now isn't close to the level required to be placed among the top shelf fighters...Hnnnggg likes this.

Back spasms mid-fight are a pretty clear sign that the end of the road is near/here for Doheny. He tried his best, but the fight was dreadfully dull and he never threatened to win. Not many fans are going to want to pay to see him in the ring again....
