Well that’s kind of the point, you haven’t seen the end of this era yet!

let’s say aj beats fury, then wilder beats aj..... all quite possible.

ido t really need to see the comparisons, arguments and for and against. The new heavyweights are generally bigger, stronger, much more fitness focused etc. - but so are the opponent therefore nullifying it.

He would have been another Frank Bruno. Good enough to beat many but not good enough to beat Lewis, Holyfield Bowe, or Tyson. All four would have stopped him.

Tua is probably too small, but obviously if he catches AJ it's game over.

Randomly I think AJ vs Mercer would be a fun fight if they'd both existed in the same timeline. Probably depends on how hyped up Mercer was if he comes out on top.
I pretty much see it the exact same way.

let’s be real, a prime Klit would have won.

Laughable, and this is coming from a guy who likes Wilder. Wilder is just too ****ing unpolished to make it our with 6'3-5 guys who can actually **** and have decent fundamentals. Joshua's chin is suspect.

It's annoying as I can guarantee it's Brit boys desperately trying trying convince themselves the current era is great. It isnt. One because the division is shallow as **** and two because hardly anyone decent fights so its really lacking competitiveness.

He would have lost to Lennox, but he would have beaten all others.

              90s heavyweights are overrated.

Tyson Fury vs Anthony Joshua is pretty much the end of this era.

Because Kiltschko reigned for so long, he overlapped into another generation.

We are pretty much witnessing the end of this era, it will be over in the next 2-3 years etc

Joshua, Fury, Chisora, Whyte, Povetkin again has overlapped into this generation of fighters.

There are fighters coming up underneath Joshua, Fury and Wilder but? I doubt Fury sticks around to take on all comers if he gets past Joshua.

I think only Joshua will be the guy to attempt to stick around, and go until there is no more.

I tend to agree, I suspect we will all be better off if AJ wins because there is a good chance fury just retires after the first fight if he wjns

Probably a consistent presence in the 6-10 range.

I agree the 90s was better for HWs, but to be fair, if Brits have a vested interest in overrating the current division, Americans sure as hell have a vested interest in underrating it for the last 20 years. If the current scene was Wilder, Ruiz, Hunter, Miller and Martin battling it out I suspect a lot of Americans would probably be kinder to it.
