Listen I understand you are arguing against some ridiculous claims, but you dont need to use bull**** to argue against bull****. You know damn well the McCallum at 160 who beat Graham and Kalumbay is not the same McCallum that Jones faced years later at 175. McCallum was still very good when Toney faced him. When Toney fought McCallum at Cruiserweight, that was when he was old.

Toney and Jones both fought McCallum in 1997 and there were two differences:

McCallum fought Jones got dominated, then fought Toney and lost a very close fight.

Jones fought a washed up McCallum, Toney didn't.

McCallum was past his prime against James Toney (the first two times) and shot against Roy Jones.

              Another Toney nuthugger

Hang yourself for just thinking the fight was close. There were investigations afterwards it was a ****ed up decision, Just wondering how many Rounds you scored for Toney without his balls covering your eyes?

But a prime 100% James Toney is as a good a fighter I've ever seen. Also you keep mentioning the Griffin fights, Toney was ****ing rob in both of those fights, you mention Mike McCallum being old, the same Mike McCallum that had only lost once before Toney, the same Mike McCallum that had 10 straight wins when he received a gift draw against Toney. He was also robbed against Thadzi, you ****ing knucklehead! You're never seen these fights and you're talking out of your ass.

The Tiberi fight is the only one that is debatable, now ****-off with your hate.
I'm arguing with enough morons today, I'd rather not get into it with someone who has a muscled up gay man in his avatar.

But I'll endulge you this once, Toney was definitely not given a gift against Griffin, he was outboxed and outslicked by him. Robbed against Thadzi? Shut the hell up, how the hell was he robbed? It was semi close, but certainly no robbery, in fact, it was clear for Thadzi by my score. You're writing off all of his losses to bums as robberies.

There is no hate on my side, just someone who's sick of people overrating the hell out of this guy.

And that was still a close fight, much closer than when Jones faced him a few months earlier.

McCallum in the second fight deserved the win. He was not shot, but he was not prime. His prime was at 154.

I wouldn't say past his prime, the man had over 10 straight wins when he received his gift draw against Toney, also Mike only had only one loss in his career, when he fought Toney.

The 1997 version of McCallum that both Jones and Toney fought is another story, that guy was washed up.

Toney always fight to the level of his competition though, so you cant really use that as an argument.
