Wtf does proportion matter in overall revenue? This is insane, have any of you taken arithmetic? Seriously? Honest question?
Example:
You have 100 tickets available right? Each ticket is $10.
There are about 30 ticket buyers available in the U.K., while 150 are available in the U.S.
Out of those 30 in the U.K., 26 purchase tickets. Out of the 150 U.S. fans. The remaining 74 buy tickets.
74 tickets purchased from U.S. fans = $740
26 tickets from U.K. fans = $260
About almost 50% of Americans purchased tickets, while almost 90% purchased from the U.K.
U.K. fans proportionately bought more tickets. What does this mean? Absolutely nothing. Please see the figures and figure out for yourself, why it means nothing.
74 tickets purchased from U.S. fans = $740
26 tickets from U.K. fans = $260
^This doesn't include world-wide sales. So in summary, Floyd generates more money and is a bigger draw! End of story.
