In a discussion about who is the bigger draw?

    Um...yea.

It sure seems pretty Relevant to talk about the REASONS one might be a draw..or NOT be much of a draw.

    Such as...oh...I dunno....STYLE?

    ******.

No dear. All of your reasoning was wasted on meriting the chagrin of hispanic fans etc. surprise that the "black guy beat the mexican." Maybe you were just a bit vague. Maybe further clarification would be better.

Stooping to name calling? Good job.

It boggles the mind that some people keep crediting Floyd with the PPV success of ODLH v. Mayweather. As obnoxious as he was during the 24/7 buildup, people (especially casual fans) don't shell out $60 to see a boring ass fighter like Floyd. Oscar made that fight a success (money-wise anyway). He is the only fighter period who has the fan base to generate that number of PPV buys. Floyd could fight Cotto, Mosely, Margarito and whoever in the same night and he won't approach the type of PPV buys that his fight with Oscar got. The exposure that Floyd got during the Oscar fight has undoubtedly improved his own marketability (he was a nobody in the mainstream sports world prior to that fight), but he is still not a superstar draw. To prove this, see what happens to Floyd's marketability if he loses to Hatton (please Jehovah, Allah, Buddah, GWB...). If Hatton loses, on the other hand, you'll see the same fans (Brit or otherwise) shell out to see his comeback fight. Floyd will probably have to pay Leonard Ellerbe to show up.
