Buddy Baer had similar size and would be a world beater right now. Louis went through him. Louis handled bigger men with ease because he was a better athlete. The coordination, speed, and combination punching would be big assets. Louis had somewhat slow feet and sometimes awkward balance but the Klits have never seen anyone who can put together punches the way he did. Vitali was tough enough to make me see a shot. Wlad would run into the same problem he had with Sanders...he'd get hit before he could react and against the greatest finisher who ever lived, that's all she wrote.

Sanders was 3 inches taller, and weighed 30 lbs more than Louis. Wlad also wasnt nearly the fighter he was back then. Are you crazy? Wlad fights a completely different style now.
Buddy Baer would beat a Klitschko.................
Wlad was faster than Louis just watch Louis slowed down to actual speed.
Jus tlook how fast Wlad is..in the 12th against a top contender. A top contender with ridiculously fast hands, who can put together punches as well as any hw around today.
Again 75% of Louis's fights were against guys who wouldnt be HW's today... him beating guys who weighed 175 lbs doesnt mean he could beat a guy like Wlad, an amazing athlete with great balance and more power than anyone Louis ever faced.
haha look at the louis carnera fight. Carnera fights nothing like Wlad, a little more like Vitali, but the funniest thing is how slow both of these guys are. The tape is going at 167% speed and they both still look average speed. And if a similar style and size means fighters are identical then there have been about 500 guys identical to Marvin Hagler over the years. At the end of the video they slow it down to normal speed and you can see how slow Joe Louis was compared to fighters of today.
Carnera was like Vitali, but worse at everything.
Really? REALLY? Some proof of this 167% speed claim please or you must be called a liar.
Whats the difference between almost every Louis victim and almost every K bros victim? Answer.... K bros victims are almost inevitably standing their like a deer in the headlights and Louis victims have been set up with body punches and or combonations. This doesn't meant EVERY instance, but if you watch the tapes.........someone tell me Im lying!!
Dude you are going to be banned. You are going to be banned hard. Are you the magic man? Thats this boards biggest mystery. Everyone who uses logic and thinks that giant, in shape, freaks of nature with great athleticism and skills would beat guys 60 lbs less than them is a possible Magic Man.
Of course the Klitschko's would beat Louis. A cruiser with less skills and a weak chin Max Schmeling beat Louis. But thats not going to matter, because youre going to be banned, because youre a troll. Sure Sonny Boy says that every fighter who retired before 1990 would beat the Klitschko's without offering and logic or reasoning. Dude thinks Max Schmeling would KO Vitali, but he's a boxing historian. You are a troll.
there is a little more to it than size though. Louis did knock some 6'6 250lb fighters as well if I recall. did it quite easily too. Although the Kbros are better 6'6 fighters, it still goes without saying.
I really don't know how Louis didn't adjust to what Schmeling was doing, I mean..that is an embarrassing blotch on ones record. Louis hammered him in the second fight, but most good Hw's would have.
As far as size goes, Louis is a small HW. Smaller than Holyfield. Still though, I don't think he'd have trouble ****ing out most of the fatties nowadays - but I sadly would probably pick the K bros over Louis because I don't think he's a quick enough boxer on his feet to impose his game plan. He might be able to spark Wlad though.
One thing though, the K bros probably aren't going to ko Louis or even stop him. Conditioning means a lot and Louis wasn't one to just straight up quit. On top of that the K bros aren't quick enough to "spark" someone out.

I don't know about 167% speed but I will say it does look sped up a bit or missing frames. Louis doesn't look slow either. Esp at that speed.
I like Joe louis, I would have him 2nd behind ali in best heavys of all time. But in a fantasy match i would favour klit brothers..
people hate, americans hate but these guys are legit, effecient = they get the job done no matter what
their taller, heavier and stronger. A prime holyfield, holmes, ali and maybe foreman and lewis beat them but other than that tough fights for guys lie frazier who gets done after eating jabs, marciano.. maybe tyson?
Joe Louis would go to the body.He would concentrate on the body in the early rounds.Landing good hard shots to the body, and eventually bringing Klit's gaurd down. Then Louis would go to the head and the body.Landing his beuatiful combinations.Louis had faster hands, and would beat Klit to the punch again and again on the inside.
Remember,Klit's style is nothing like Billy Conn's,Gene Tunney,or a Prime Muhammad Ali.Louis would not have any trouble with Klit's style. In fact,he would relish it.I see Louis winning by a brutal KO in about the 13th round, after wearing down the bigger man with his deadly shots and repeated combinations to the head and the body.
How is china-chinned Wladimir gonna stand up to one of the greatest heavyweight punchers of all-time? We know he got beat by unknown Ross Purity and destroyed in two rounds by Corrie Sanders. And you think he can stand up to Louis?
As for Vitali, just look at the Lewis fight. An out-of-shape and ageing Lewis turned a prime Vitali into a pizza-face. Imagine what a prime Louis would do with the heavy bombs he would be throwing.
The only reason they've had any success is because this era of heavyweights have been terrible.
