Louis defenders main argument that he can beat a guy as big as Vitali or Wlad is that he fought guys who were 6'6" and guys who were 250 pounds.

This stance is flawed. If you have any brains, you would realise Baer or Carnera were not even on the same skill level as Vitali or Wlad.

Yes, I have seen all of Carnera's fights. Having similar styles doesn't mean they have the same level of skill, or the same power or same stamina or same chin or same ring intelligence.

You're right. Carnera fought better fighters giving him better intelligence, 10 round or more 12 more times than V giving the edge in mythical stamina and never quit a fight he was winning or losing. The whole point is that Louis dispatched him with ease which makes it TOTALLY reasonable that he would have a very good chance with either Klitschko and be favored based competition and performance.

haha look at the louis carnera fight. Carnera fights nothing like Wlad, a little more like Vitali, but the funniest thing is how slow both of these guys are. The tape is going at 167% speed and they both still look average speed. And if a similar style and size means fighters are identical then there have been about 500 guys identical to Marvin Hagler over the years. At the end of the video they slow it down to normal speed and you can see how slow Joe Louis was compared to fighters of today.

Carnera was like Vitali, but worse at everything.
