Did Willams floor Ali and badly hurt him? Unless he did, there is no comparison.

Ali fought the best around as champ. Johnson did not. He was TKO'd / Ko'd by super middleweights, outboxed by others and floored by other super middles. In addition he had numerous losses to cruiser weight size men

Only a fool would compare the two, and you are no fool.

At least they can find comfort in each others mutual hatred.
Link please. Now comes the point where you flat line. Besides what one fight clims is not proof.

You would rather believe an , "as told" article from Menke than a taped interview with Smith conducted in his own home?
I wonder why that is? lol
My articles came from Pollack,is there a more qualified author on Johnson anyone could quote?
        If so name him?
You had your chance to engage in a sensible debate and bottled it ,"Varys".
Cheer up though, you have a new supporter for your hate agenda, just reappeared.

You should get on just fine! Well until Dempsey is mentioned! lol
There you go with your excuses again. Most of your sources are anonymous, the ones with a name aren’t boxing writers either. There also wasn’t as many boxing writers back then. Trying to dismiss Menke is a new low for you but not surprising. You’ll say anything to “win”. You never heard of Menke until I quoted him and you had to Google him. Where is this video of Smith you keep referencing?

I quoted Pollack and you squirmed your way out of the argument with more double talk and deflection.

I’m doing just fine mopping the forum with you just like I did your forum wife. Now she stalks me all over like a fatal attraction.

          You said this.

"Should have lost to Battling Jim but was given a gift draw." And it is a barefaced lie ,driven by hatred.

Now you have you tag team partner back from his ban zeroed in straight onto Johnson threads, like a moth to a flame.
          You deserve each other.
Liar, I can post the screenshot. You said Langford wasn’t eager for a rematch and Moyle corrected you. Don’t make me humiliate you again.

It’s true, Johnson was lucky to get the draw. By Pollack’s account he was exhausted and barely standing at the end of the fight. One judge even had Jim winning. Give it up, you’re embarrassing yourself. I’m not driven by hatred, I’m simply disagreeing with you and you are beside yourself.

I see you’re threatened by Z, you haven’t stopped talking about him on this thread, he really got in your head. You’ve been cheerleading your forum wife who thinks she is helping you but isn’t. One day she will turn on you too, just like the irrational psychotic she is. All you have to do is disagree with her and you’ll see exactly what I’m talking about. You criticized many a member on another forum for their insults and bigotry, I can show you some of her posts that would make those others seem like a church sermon. Real nasty POS. But you’ll take a pat on the back anywhere you can get it.

Marciano did though - put Ali out with a shot to the solar plexus. By accident too

Oh! Here we go again. It's bad enough I repeat Tom Mix stories but do we really have to do this one again, so soon?

Back to your question…which source says Johnson struggled with Battling Jim Johnson you ask?

Well, YOU for one Mr. McVey, I guess you forgot you too said in your own words he struggled with Battling Jim! And I quote “unlike Jack Johnson who struggled another 7 rounds to get a draw with his younger opponent” Oops! How will you squirm out of this one?

                  This is what YOU said.
"Should have lost to Battling Jim but was given a gift draw."

Nowhere did I ever agree with that, either on ESB or here.

My quote " Johnson struggled for another 7 rounds" Exactly right! He had a broken ****ing arm!

You've gone to another forum and trawled back through my posts to 2013,twelve ****ing years!
To find a quote from me that does NOT say
What YOU said which is the following.
" should have lost to Battling Jim ,but was given a gift draw!

                  It beggars belief!

Now tell us where you got the idea Johnson was "lucky",that he" got a gift draw ," from?

No, I'll tell you ,from that bigoted, cretinous, bile filled, tiny one cell in your head that passes for a brain!

Just how desperately ****** and sad are you? LOL

I was in a pub with friends last night listening to a great singer, having a wonderful evening, what were you doing ,trawling through a strangers 13 years old posts on another boxing site you don't even belong to?

Can't you see how abnormal, fixated, and obsessive your behaviour is?

Get yourself a life for God's sake!
This would actually be funny if it wasn't so pathetically sad!

You had a chance to have a decent debate with me and passed on it ,now grow yourself a pair, and try to have a life in which hatred of a man who has been dead for nearly 80 years does not dominate your every waking thought!

Revealed: Vitali Klitschko Knocked Down Twice

Witness: Vitali Really WAS Dropped in Sparring - Boxing Forum

Joined Jan 9, 2005 Messages 13,987 Location The Deep SouthI just checked the article out and itwas Vitali, not Wlad, it wasn't a knockout, just a knock down, and it happened in 2005, not last week. Read it for yourself. I am glad I did, because now I'm not confused any more.

NEW YORK -- Heavyweight prospects Travis Walker and Raphael Butler's stock increased this week when news broke about how both fighters knocked down Vitali Klitschko in separate sparring sessions.

"I was there the whole time, and I saw it all," said ****ie Wood, who trains both Walker and Diego Corrales. "[Klitschko] was throwing a jab and he pulled back and was coming forward. Butler hit him with a right hand and Klitschko went down and his knee twisted underneath him. That was the last day of sparring. It was on a Friday, one week before the fight against Hasim Rahman on Nov. 12, 2005."Edited by: Colonel_Reb

Looks pretty damn good to me

That is not his record. Focus on who be beat and when he beat them. And who he drew with.

His best five wins vs. men were vs whom?
