And so you'll take the tiresomely predictable past of saying Im no going to to your research for you."
When we both know if you had these mythical quotes you would be posting them at the first opportunity! LOL!!!
What you aren't going to do is try and prove your statements, because you think
1.If you make them that is proof they are right. Well sorry that wont cut it !
2.You cant find quotes that don't exist!
You said many leading trainers consider him the best,I asked which ones, you produced one trainer and one manager that is not many?
Turner said Marciano was a good fighter he never said he was the greatest.he said ,"he was the hardest puncher I ever seen."

I've seen all Turners clips and I quoted them!
Do you believe Marciano could beat both Klits at the same time?
Do you believe as soon as Marciano lands on them its over?
Tooth Pick Turner who places himself at the centre of all the events.
Claims he was trained by Goldman and was in the camp for Rocky's fights.Look up when he began his brief boxing career and where he was based and look chronologially where Goldman and Marciano were at those times.

Read any biography of Marciano and point out Turners name in it.. Turner trained the Klits? Assistant trainer / bucket carrier for them . I think he is full of it.the" back in my day syndrome"
Who is "they"? what body of particular individuals are we refrencing? Lol thats right boxing trainers... a general category. No, you are an idiot who cannot be bothered to do some very basic digging on Google... Bottom Line. So again... Not wasting my time any longer with this. You have done nothng but try to qualify questions into your own assertions and ask others to look at information you could look at...

Quotes? What quotes? These are general attitudes in the boxing community. Some trainers thought Marciano was the best... thats a fact and anyone with any sense could find at least one trainer who felt that way...Oh I found two ahem...LOL so By BY

There are other vids where Turner says he thought Marciano was the best... you can do the research go to YouTube and look it up mate! Instead of posting this crap, go to Youtube and look up Turner and Marciano and you will see video where Turner says he thought Marciano was the best!

bla bla bla bla discredit any one who does not believe your opinion... get out of here with that crap. Turner did a great job with Hollyfield among others...But that level of comprehension is over your head mr "duh I boxed forever and It never occured to me that guys don't get hit flush with shots" lol.

??? Your ridiculous. Go to Wiki and look at a chronology of heavyweight champions from around Louis to the present... And no I will not do that for you! As a matter of fact? Im done with you. You post the same drivel and then try to qualify it, demand that people research to show the latest way you qualify an assertion is off, etc. No thanks...

Im telling you all princesses have ponies NO? prove it! Thats the way you operate bub, lol.

            Lol.

And its easy to see that Marciano is consistently in the top 10 of heavyweights... It took one basic Google search to pull this piece of information that was so hard to "prove."

Weeding out chaff ,the posters that make statements and when called on to prove them ,go into faux indignation to cover up the fact they have no proof and that nobody actually said what they solemnly posted as a fact . Blow away chaff!

Turner persuaded Holyfield that a cut man was a con and an unnecessary expense. Holyfield got cut and Turner was unable to stop the bleeding this is a stone cold fact.

A Corner Without a Cut Man Is a Costly Way to Cut Corners

                    BY MAL FLORENCE
                    APRIL 28, 1994 12 AM PT
Don Turner, Evander Holyfield’s trainer, rejected having cut man Ace Marotta in Holyfield’s corner for last Friday night’s heavyweight championship fight against Michael Moorer.

“Cut men are the biggest scam in boxing,” Turner told Ron Borges of the Boston Globe. “These guys fly in and they eat like they’re going to the electric chair and you know what? The fighter pays.”

As it turned out, Holyfield suffered a deep cut over his left eye in the second round and, without an established cut man, bled much of the rest of the fight. Also, much of Turner’s time between rounds was spent working on the cut instead of advising Holyfield, who lost a majority decision.

                    Holyfield’s usual cut man’s cut? $25,000.

                    Cutman Incident[edit]

He is credited as being the man who convinced Evander Holyfield that the cutman is "the biggest scam in boxing."[2] During the heavyweight championship bout, Holyfield suffered a cut above his left eye which kept reopening during the match, affecting his vision. The lack of a cutman is thought to have been a determining factor that cost Holyfield the match.
