Rnds 1&2 Rnd 3 Perfect example as to why I like to actually see a fight for myself, as some journalists reported that McCline "rocked" Valuev, clearly that was never the case. McCline looked very scared after winging away with all he had, only to see Valuev still coming at him.

Subject for another thread I guess) Sultan is a very good fighter, so the fight was a good tactical display, but I guess I could see how it wasn't all that entertaining. Thompson fight was good!, unless you are bored by KO's... Rahman was another good fight, unless you are bored by TKO's So what is your real problem with Wlad? Only one out of seven of his last fights could really be called "boring".

Any one of these guys could take it... My head is telling me Cammarelle, but for some reason I see an upset and Glazkov taking the Gold. I hope most if not all of these warriors make it to the pro ranks soon!

Valuev won babies...:baby: Not a pretty win, but what do you expect? Holyfield was terrified the whole fight, running, hugging, & headbutting. The few shots Evander landed were mostly as he was moving backwards. He danced around a lot, but by the end it was obvious he was not there to fight. I'm not saying that Valuev put in such a great effort either... It's just that he was better than Holyfield. Simple as that. Valuev was aggressive almost the entire fight chasing down Holyfield. Valuev also visibly wobbled Evander with a couple shots. I guess it must suck to be a euro-hater, you ladies are going to have to get used to crying. :boxing:

I watched the fight with the commentary off. Maybe that is why I have a different perspective? I admit it was a shit fight with a very scared Holyfiled running away from Valuev the whole fight. I think the reason most of the euro-haters in here think Valuev sucks is because he scares the shit out of just about everyone he fights. So his opponents run away... and 300+ pound guys just don't run as fast. So yeah I guess it makes for a boring fight. Fact is that you gotta have balls if you are going to win against Valuev. The heavyweight scene has never been better. Check the records of the current champs! None of your Don King idols really come close to the current champions. The current heavies are the most exciting fighters I've ever seen! I'm hoping for Vitali, but my money is on Peter. Unfortunately I predict Peter by Rabbit Punch + Showtime Boxing. Showtime has no love for the Klitchskos' so Peter will probably once again have free access to the back of an opponents neck. :nana: Should be a interesting fight!
