Couple weeks ago a thread was started about how boxing would be viewed by people who watched boxing in the 40s. i feel as this is what we are seeing here with miguel cotto a guy whose quick and strong draining fighters who were previously beaten by the man of the division And getting this huge hype only to hype a huge ppv only to be whooped and ecposed by the real champ of the division. Does cotto have to dedendefend the lineal tittle for it to mean anything? Its one thing to win the title but a real champ in my eyes must defend it. I think this needs to be done with ever up n coming fighter or fights.
