Seems like a lot of people are giving salido a bad name for his antics but when "swift" used emerged for Matthyse they were ok? Crafty veterans do what they can to win. The blame should be placed on the Ref and Loma should have did it back. Don't take the highroad BS. Urban kids know what it's like to do whatever it takes to win. Because this is stupid to begin with. Whenever a Rican fighter low blows, Mexicans make it a point to point it out. I don't know who started it but Ricans do the same right back. I was supporting salido in the fight and I feel Loma felt his power his knees bucked twice from siri's right hand which led to excessive hugging. One thing loma said in the post fight about him not being that type of fighter made me think he won't cut it in the pro game it means he is will be subject to being bullied in the ring and won't do ish to fight back.

you cant compare garcia with salido. salido threw literally ten times more low blows than garcia did and far more of them were on purpose. im not convinced garcia went low on purpose at all, he threw a lot of bodyshots and when you do some are bound to stray low, especially when someone is pulling your head down a lot like matthysse was. all that said i dont blame either fighter, i blame the ref (in salidos case). you cant blame the fighter for taking liberties when given, you certainly cant pick and choose when to do it which is what so many posters do. tyson, holyfield, hopkins, duran, hagler, lamotta, monzon etc all bent the rules when they could get away with it just to name a few. fans just look the other way when it fits their agenda. just like they look the other way when it comes to the constant rabbit punching from matthysse or the ridiculously excessive holding from lomachenko.
